Abysmal response to complaints
I have written to you too many times to count. I have bought Standard Process products from you online for years wihtout any problems. Then you took the ill conceived decision to change the site. Ever since you continue and stovck SP products but do not list them on your site. In the result I cannot order online and must phone ach time I order. Complaining is a waste of time. Every time I complain I am assured the problem will be solved. Sophisgtry set to max.

I ordered refrigerated bottles of…
I ordered refrigerated bottles of BifidoBiotics during 90 degree weather and they showed up with ONE stinking little freezer pack which was totally HOT to the touch. Then when I complained that they may not be safe to use, I got a run around about them checking with someone and would get back to me. Singed: Natalie at NHC, your AI Agent NEVER heard from them again. SAD, SAD, SAD. I have done business with NHC since they bought out NEEDS. Needs always let us decide how many refrigerated packs we wanted at 50 cents a piece. I would GLADLY pay for them to get my purchase to me COLD.

Wouldn't bother
This company USED to be my go to for supplements. I have spent hundreds with them over the years. But they started touting their new website and when it switched over, now you can't see your points, favorites, card info, nothing .. and it's super slow. I've tried calling several times for help but no one ever calls back. Also tried emailing customer service but all you get back is an AI response and nothing EVER changes. It's unfortunate that they ruined a good thing they had going but I'M DONE with them.
