Samuel and Edward have been absolutely outstanding from start to finish with our house purchase. Samuel was there for us no matter how small the query, and always provided a speedy and knowledgeable response (we never waited more than an hour to hear back from any query). As first time buyers, Samuel made everything easy to understand and always made us feel at ease with any situation we were unsure of. We felt so lucky to have such an incredible team dealing with our file, would recommend to anyone.

Lucy provided exceptional service from beginning to end. Our sale had several complicating factors, but Lucy handled everything with excellence. Despite the competitive pricing, she was thorough and prompt in addressing all inquiries. Additionally, Lucy was a strong advocate for us, ensuring that her fee was more than justified due to the savings made based on her advice and pushback to buyers. The property was subject to the building and safety act, and Lucy advised us through the leasehold deed of certificate process. Using Nexa Law for the Sale Conveyance of my house in Bristol and also for the Purchase Conveyance when buying my new house was one of the best decisions I could have made. In both cases I found my solicitor, Julia Hurran, excellent. The Sale Conveyance was particularly difficult but Julia fielded even the most absurd queries with intelligence, patience and humour. The purchase Conveyance although easier had it's moments and again I was so glad to have Julia acting on my behalf.

A friend recommended Zahrah Aullybocus of Nexa after we had a bad experience with a different law firm. Zahrah was sensational - she navigated us through a highly complicated shared ownership sale/purchase case, managing a number of third party management companies, housing associations and developers in the process.

Zahrah was always available, reliable in responding and willing to talk us through the aspects we did not understand.

Moving house is stressful, however Zahrah is a team mate I wish we had found years ago - thank you!
