We went into the house sale really confident, Nexa replying well and helping us out with the relevant steps. Unfortunately our chain was disrupted by probate, which I understand that the solicitors have no control over. Over the 4 month period in which probate was occuring, we didn't receive a single email from Nexa apart from replies. We were chasing for answers and wasn't reassured of any form, even an email from them saying that they haven't heard anything would've been better than not hearing from them at all.

When probate finally was finished, it felt like we were still chasing however were getting more information about the move.
On move in day we collected our keys we received a congratulations email titled with the incorrect names.
The fact our final exchanging emails labelled us with mine and my partners name completely wrong just topped it for us.

Overall, the experience was extremely stressful with a lack of communication throughout.

We felt genuinely supported by our solicitor and her assistant. We didnt need to chase because we knew we could trust them to progress the purchase. This was our first house purchase, so it was great to have a solicitor we could rely on throughout.

A long time friend of mine recommended the unknown firm of Nexa Law to me as I required a conveyance transaction. The team including Wesley and Sara were on hand every step of the way, and kept me fully informed of progress despite the frustrating and untimely responses of the buyer's legal team. They offered great support and reassurance to me at a difficult time, on occasions outside normal office hours, and I can therefore recommend them without doubt to any potential clients looking to use their services.

Wesley & Sara did a fantastic job getting our house buy through super fast. In normal circumstances stances this would have taken double the time however, they made it work. No problem communicating through emails with prompt responses. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the Doncaster, Isle of Axholme and surrounding areas.

The last time we moved was twenty years ago so we don’t have a huge amount of experience in this field.

We sold our existing house via modern method of auction (so we had to be out in 56 days) and we had an offer accepted on a vacant property which we were hoping to complete on at the same time.

All we heard from numerous sources was.. “can’t be done” or “the new house will never be ready in 56 days so book an air bnb”

Meanwhile Jayne and Rebecca at Nexa law just got on with it. Communication was fantastic and they were amazing from start to finish, and they had the new house ready for us inside the 56 days.

The solicitors that were selling our house were utterly appalling, and Jayne even wrote some emails to them (as though written by me) to put a fire up them.
