I cannot recommend Jayne and Rebecca highly enough. Without them pushing every step of the way our chain would have collapsed. They were friendly, approachable, determined, diligent and kept us informed every step of the way. If you want a solicitor that is going to fight for you then Jayne and Rebecca are it. Jayne started with a clear description of the total cost of her service, broken down into constituent parts. She was prompt to respond to all queries, and highly diligent in ensuring matters proceeded efficiently. She has an assistant, Rebecca, who ensured all documents were issued in a timely fashion and was extremely helpful when we needed to call her. Both were were very friendly and helpful throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to use Jayne and Rebecca again if I needed to.
