I had an accident at work and my trade union’s solicitors said I did not have a case. When I spoke to NewLaw they listened and reviewed my case and said they would not take on a case they did not think they could win. He said I had a valid claim which I was delighted with. Any car accident can be traumatic, and the last thing I wanted was to try to prove that it wasn't my fault. As soon as New Law Scotland took my case over they took control of things and kept me informed every step of the way, dealing with all letters and phone calls to the other drivers insurance company/solicitor.
