I have calling to get updates on my case I can’t get through to them I need to get a closure letter to leave I can’t proceed or does anybody have a solution because this is ridiculous
Been sending emails no reply nothing

I cannot get through to them?? I rang Stephenson solicitors immediately and Kelly the girl there took all my details I look forward to my claim now being dealt with. And hopes now my claim will be covered by them. Waiting as two car claims. Finance etc

They have been shut down!

After nearly 8 months of a disrepair claim going through, no contact, no replies to emails this whole time and me chasing them to then get an email today from Stephensons solicitors to say Kingsnorth Solicitors has closed down! Not only that but Stephensons can't take over my claim and now i'm back to square one.
This solicitors has not only wasted my time but led me on to believe it was being solved when he would have know his firm was shutting down due to dishonesty-which doesnt surprise me!
Anyone who an ongoing claim needs to contact Stephensons solicitors. Check your emails (including spam) also as you should have an email from them and what to do next.

Dealing with this company for a number of months about car claim. The last 6 weeks radio silence from them. Phone line not working client portal not working. Left several requests for call back and nothing. Think they are not trading any longer. Very bad service if they are still in business.
I've now found out this business has been closed by SRA.

Hi, I have tried to contact this company by telephone and email because they have the wrong address down for me.

Over 9 months now and they have gone absolutely silent… this company has all of my information and no one ever comes back to me regarding if this claim is actually going forward. Tried calling numerous times and the phone line no longer works making me think they have shut down… very bad service from this company

I canceled the same day I signed up for a pcp claim as I decided I didnt want to proceed I emailed this solicitors the same day I put my details in which states in there t&cs to give notice and they wouldnt proceed which is lies i cancelled exactly the same day and just last week I got an email through my car payment service saying they had proceeded after me saying I wanted to cancel watch out for this company.

We felt confident working with this company and throughout the process we have had everything explained clearly
Sophia has been assisting us with several claims where our memory has been tested with registration numbers etc, she has been patient and understanding to the difficulties my husband has as he now suffers from a cognitive illness.
