Following my earlier very negative one star review regarding Neptune mat emulsion I've had excellent customer service from Chris at the Weybridge branch. I've been given a full refund and my concerns have been passed to Neptune Head Office for their comment.
In MY experience, the paint isn't as durable as I believe it should be. That said, the colours are absolutely stunnjng and coverage is amazing. Worth taking a look if you're looking for something a little different from the standard brands.

The furniture is beautifully designed and crafted, staff in the stores are knowledgeable and helpful and the delivery team are punctual and couldn’t be more helpful. Highly recommend Neptune.

It’s always such a pleasure shopping at Neptune Weybridge. The team are incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The support and advice we’ve received from Sophie, Fiona, and Josh has been remarkable and is one of the main reasons we keep returning. Highly recommended!

Bought the Moreton table and absolutely love it, but this was matched by the excellent service throughout from Neptune. Very professional Neptune colleagues delivered, assembled and advised on use and care of the table. Excellent job all round!

Enthusiastic, creative and knowledgeable staff who went above and beyond in helping us choose our new living room furniture. Hours were spent in the Weybridge store experimenting with cushion combinations. Thank you Sophie. Loving our new lounge. The cushions are perfect!

I was visiting Weybridge and happened to go into the Neptune store on the High Street. Every assistant in the shop was friendly, smiling, helpful and efficient. I was not purchasing expensive, items but the assistance I received was as good as I think it would’ve been had I been purchasing a very expensive item.

Great fun with Fiona creating a mood board in very relaxed environment . Lots of useful tips and suggestions and plenty of materials to work with. Also enjoyed the company of the rest of the group.

We had such a great experience with Neptune Weybridge and honestly could not recommend them more. From our very first meeting we knew we were in safe hands.
Paul, the store Director at Weybridge, designed our kitchen and was brilliant from start to finish. He really took the time to get to know how we live as a family, and the result is a kitchen that not only looks beautiful but also works perfectly for everyday life.
Natalie, one of the designers, was equally fantastic. She has a brilliant eye for detail and helped us refine all the little choices, from colours and finishes to the small touches that make the whole space feel special.
The craftsmanship of Neptune’s products is second to none, but it was the people at Weybridge who made the experience so enjoyable. A special mention too for the installation and painting team. They were meticulous, tidy, and genuinely lovely to have around.
Our new kitchen has quickly become the heart of our home and we are absolutely thrilled with it. If you are thinking about Neptune, definitely go to Weybridge and ask for Paul and Natalie. You will be in the best hands.

I bought an outdoor table from Neptune that has disintegrated to the point where it is dangerous and unusable in no time at all. Their custom service offered no help and failed to take ownership. This reflects on the quality that you can expect from Neptune. Luckily it wasn't a more significant purchase like a kitchen. I will never buy anything from them again.
