The whole process of ordering items not in store which were then delivered for collection a week later and the phone contact was a pleasant and effecient experience.

Vicky Hill transformed our tired old drawing room into a beautiful entertaining room. She worked with us and came up with a beautiful design that really showed the room to its best effect. She has also advised us on design ideas for our snug, dining room and hall. She has listened to our brief and helped us bring our ideas to reality, always taking into account what we want to achieve, but advising us if she thought there was a better option. She has taken the stress out of trying to make design choices and has always been on hand to help if we call her needing advice.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use her again. She has been amazing.

Utterly delighted to have been introduced to Vicky at Knutsford Neptune. She is a very talented designer and we had a right laugh in the process! The service in the shop was pleasant. Furniture arrived on time. Only awaiting new xpsideboard first week in January and look fwd to it coming to complete my room overhaul.

The staff in Neptune Knutsford are the absolute best!! Nothing is too much trouble, they are helpful, full of ideas and genuinely enthusiastic about fabulous customer service. Jo and Chrissy and the flower lady go above and beyond. My unloved, unused Dining Room has become a haven of Neptune tranquility, practicality, and beauty. Ten stars ⭐️

I bought a large, framed print of an oil painting for £200 - when it arrived the print had captured what appeared to be inch long hairs or paint brush bristles in really obvious places against a pale background. I completed an online form to complain (no email address provided on Neptune's website) and no one has contacted me a week later. Appalling for such an expensive (and frankly overpriced) item.

I gave a 4 not a 5 as they forgot to chase up a part of my order. However they responded very positively when i re contacted them.
I would recommend anyone about to do some remodelling or redecorating to check out your stores.

I’ve just completed the first phase of work on my new house and I couldn’t have done it without the support, inspiration and direction of Vicky Hill, the Interior Designer at Knutsford Neptune. Vicky is so easy to work with and I felt a great connection with her immediately. She has an easy, relaxed, friendly style and her enthusiasm for what she does shines through.

The project has felt like a collaboration. Vicky has listened to my ideas, been honest (which I greatly valued) and her commitment and support, even with the finer detail of the scheme, has been first class; she’s clearly a very talented designer.

I’m very much looking forward to continuing to work with Vicky to complete my project and do so with the knowledge that I’m in very safe hands. Thanks Vicky.
