It’s always a pleasure to visit Neptune in Knutsford. The store is always beautifully set out, and the sales associates are friendly and extremely helpful.
Our most recent visit was no exception. We purchased a console table which we are delighted with, and we were given helpful advice and suggestions when choosing accessories.

I bought a rug from Neptune . That rug was too big . They have collected it with a refund pending . I’m very impressed with this company and will be buying more of their beautiful accessories . Fantastic customer service . Thanks so much xo

Love Neptune and get great inspiration from their showroom. Recent rug purchase was excellent. I took one star off as it is very expensive but then I suppose you get what you pay for.

I was helped today by Julie and Lynsey and got some great advice on last chance stock as well as an informative introduction to many of the new items that are available and how they would work with existing pieces I have bought from Neptune. Even though there were other customers in the store I felt that my needs were important and their product knowledge is excellent.

Two of your stores (Knutsford and Southport) to me are very unwelcoming - you see things in store, want to purchase, to be told "Oh we will have to order that in", why do you not have items in stock (I am talking a picture on both occasions, so not big items) - I live in Manchester and both stores are a good drive out....I have been to Chester and the staff there are an absolute joy, so something is going right there - Knutsford staff are particularly snobby and that can be off-putting, to the extent my husband won't go to that store again, hence the drive to Chester and Southport to seek friendlier service - staff need to be far more welcoming and stock needs to be in store especially if you are driving a long way to get to a store - stores like this are almost pushing everyone to buy online, and where will that leave stores in the future?

Ordered in Knutsford store and arrived within days at my home address. Lovely quality item.

The staff were very helpful efficient and knowledgeable about their products and services. Delivery was prompt and within one week.

A Wonderful mood board event held at Neptunes Knutsford store ! A truly inspirational and helpful couple of hours, taking valuable advice from their fantastic paint colour consultant Chrissy and ultra knowledgeable interior designer Vicky - a great time was had , meeting lovely likeminded ladies all looking to decorate and furbish our various rooms, learning so very much , whilst creating our very own mood boards to take away with us ! A delicious array of scrummy cakes and a wee glass of fizz made this the perfect way to spend a couple of hours in my favourite store ! Thankyou Neptune Knutsford , cant wait till the next event !

Quality and design of product excellent as always. This was an installation job and the service element of getting that organised was not good

Great service from friendly and very helpful staff. Although we had to wait a long time for the Milo footstool it did not disappoint when it arrived. So well made and the cover can be taken off and washed. So pleased that we chose to get it from Neptune as it goes so well with our Neptune chair.

It’s always a pleasure to visit Neptune, Ollerton. The shop is wonderfully inviting and the staff are a joy. The products are exquisite, makes me want to bin everything and start again from scratch. Just love visiting this shop.

Having been told by friends that the cookery demonstrations were brilliant thought I’d give one a go
What a great way to spend a couple of hours. Becky(Wilkinson) is the most amazing chef. Her laid back approach is fantastic as is the food she prepared
She would make a great tv chef. Makes food prep fun and is very entertaining.

Visited Neptune, Knutsford on Sunday and was so impressed. The showroom is incredible. Beautiful displays to tempt me to purchase items for my home.
To add to my anazing experience the sales assistant I was lucky to have assist me was so knowledgeable, helpful and just lovely. Her name was Lyndsay. Thank you so much for all your help.
The place is immaculate and so inspiring. Will be returning soon.

Wonderful staff, they were extremely helpful. We went to look at the Olivia Loveseat in a specific fabric, they didn’t have it in store but showed us the Olivia Sofa and compared the measurements. They also showed us a range of fabrics which made it really easy to choose from, we ordered the loveseat in store.

Amazing customer service from Kate and her colleagues. Nothing was too much trouble to help us find an item at another store .
