Visted Neptune Hailsham today to see the new ranges
I’ve visited most of the stores but Hailsham is special because of the staff.
They are so friendly and helpful- they encourage you to explore at your leisure without pressure but so knowledgeable when you need help.

I have been visiting the Hailsham Neptune for many years and what a wonderful store it is too! We are so lucky to have such a quality company so near.
Shannan, Katie & Katy always give such a warm welcome they feel like friends I have made over the years.
They are so knowledgeable on the Neptune range and go above & beyond trying to help which is always so fab!
Definitely my absolute favourite shop.

I may have only purchased a candle …. Or 4!! but the overall experience, was as always outstanding. Shannon & Katie welcome you (into their home) with warmth and a smile. Never pushy but always there to offer a creative suggestion and a lovely cuppa.

I can't find fault with the service I have received from all the staff at Neptune, Hailsham.
Katie spent a considerable amount of time listening, advising and very knowledgeably designing our lounge and being very patient with my inability to make final decisions! The lounge never fails to receive a "Wow" when people first see it! Highly recommend the Home Design service!
Katie also helped me make a little used dining room into a very welcoming room by advising on additional furniture and accessories and she dressed it beautifully for me. Now I love it!
Finally she helped me in vastly improving a guest bedroom with new decor and accessories.
Shannon was very helpful in helping me make fabric choices in Katie's absence. Also Lottie who now may well be designing our kitchen and all the other staff who have served me over the past months are always very helpful and very friendly.
Toby for all the aftercare too - an excellent service.
It is always a pleasure to visit the store and enjoy a coffee and chat whilst browsing or making purchases!

I can’t rate the team at Neptune highly enough! From the moment I walked through the door, everyone was so helpful. Katie and Shannon have been brilliant and guided me through colours, fabrics and furniture for my lounge. I love it so much, that I have returned and Katie is helping me style my bedroom! They are all so lovely and helpful and have such a fantastic eye for what works well. Thank you ladies!!

The team at Neptune are always very helpful and welcoming. A great shopping experience with wonderful products for the home .
I booked Charlotte for a design consultation and she was excellent . She put together a great floor design, with advice on materials and colours.

Went to Neptune Hailsham while on a visit to England in November 2023. The staff where so helpful and followed up with me on my return to Ireland to make sure my purchase would arrive safely and on time. Lucy Doswell was my contact and she was great.

I found the whole organisation from start to finish incredibly efficient. Neptune & their contractors worked so well together and their timings were perfect.

There are currently several companies supplying very desirable furniture and fabrics for sale throughout the British Isles, which is displayed in beautiful showrooms. However, your success, in our eyes, is mainly due to the lovely knowledgeable staff that you employ at your branches.

My husband and I have just downsized after 38 years in the same house and we have been extremely pleased with the constructive help we have received from the three ladies working in your Hailsham Branch. One of our daughters and her family having moved to the Cambridge area have been delighted with the help from your staff in the Cambridge shop. So Neptune is a great success in our family!

Christmas time is so busy in retail and I am unable to mobilise at present therefore my purchase was via the phone.

I phoned the shop on Sunday and was able to work out with help from EMILY the best CANDLE LANTERN to fit in my fireplace and the CANDLES that would fit, all were ordered she was so helpful.

Unfortunately the next day KATIE phoned to state that there was a problem with the order she then went on to say that she would be able to bring the items to my home, which I found to be so helpful, she also suggested that she would bring out the other sizes of LATERNS just to check I had the correct one.

Katie came out on a very wet day, it was late and she had other work commitments, she did not rush but checked that I was happy. The LATERN is perfect.

I am so looking forward to be able to go back to the shop after Christmas when I will be back on my feet. I love NEPTUNE in HAILSHAM it is always such a lovely visit. KATIE, EMILY & SHANON are amazing. Thanks again, Lena Fouracre

Neptunes has been a favourite of ours for many years and we've always found the staff very helpful. Today we came in for the Christmas opening weekend and found Shannan, Katie and Emily very helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Shannan was particularly helpful with a lamp we were purchasing and advice on furniture we are interested in, thank you.

Great wall art purchased and as always excellent service from the Hailsham branch! We always thoroughly enjoy a trip to the showroom!
