Always a warm welcome at the Hailsham store. Beautiful products displayed in a creative way.

I visited on Sunday of the 30th anniversary celebration weekend. The shop was looking lovely and touches of the seasonal nettle colour were evident. Many of my friends shop at Neptune, and we had decided 3 of us would meet up and shop and chat together. I also brought my clean well behave pooch, who also loves a visit and appreciates the water and the treats often offered to her. We enjoyed a glass of alcohol free fizz and elderflower cordial, and some nibbles. I think we may have been a “bit late to the party” as nibbles were plenty, but not much choice, (probably our fault for going on the last day.) As always the staff were flawless, really helpful, chatty, personable, knowledgeable and efficient. We took our time to walk round, chat, enjoy the ambience, and eye up potential purchases. Sadly nothing major on the cards for any of us right now, but always good to know what you want for the future. I bought some beautiful faux peonies and had them given to me in a beautiful anniversary bag, which will have pride of place in my utility room. (almost too beautiful to take shopping and use!) We had a lovely sociable time, brought home ideas for the future, and nice purchases. I am so grateful to have a Neptune nearby, thank you for giving us such a beautiful store, with parking, and lovely staff.

As promised our kitchen has been transformed, we are delighted with the result.

From the moment we met Lottie in your showroom, we have been very impressed with how professional, efficient & friendly everyone involved has been.

Neptune Hailsham are always superb. The products are excellent and the staff super friendly,kind and supportive. Always a pleasure and I greatly look forward to going every time.

Being able to visit the showroom at Hailsham where we are always greeted with a warm welcome. The helpfulness of the staff and their knowledge of the products is rare these days and makes shopping a real pleasure.

The team are always very warm and welcoming at the Hailsham branch, on the day that I visited Lucy, Lottie and Katie all shared product knowledge and talked me through new season items, all three of them are a credit to the business, I will be returning.

Neptune in Hailsham, were extremely efficient, and mended my dishwasher door in double quick time. I rang them on Wednesday afternoon and by Thursday afternoon The engineers had been and had fixed it to work beautifully again. I even got a call from the manager. It was a very good service. As it was only a week until Christmas Day, I was very concerned that we were maybe without a dishwasher working for the Christmas period.

We love our Neptune Kitchen, and it’s very reassuring to know that we have the backup of Neptune in Hailsham.

Neptune staff are always great in our experience and Joe and Paul, who delivered our furniture yesterday, are no exception - friendly, professional and very ‘can do’. And we love everything they’ve delivered!

I always enjoy visiting Neptune’s showroom and store in Hailsham because there is warm and welcoming atmosphere. Inspiring room displays showing the extensive Neptune products and design possibilities. This Sunday Shannon & Katie made my visit a pre Christmas treat, as I revelled in the bustling , cheery atmosphere. Dogs always welcome too!

Hailsham Neptune is just one of those shops where the customer really does come first; the staff are friendly and courteous and if they do not have the answer to your query, they will do their best to find the answer "on the spot"
