Visited the Guildford Neptune store whilst on holiday. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They were friendly and courteous. I ordered 4 Wycombe dining room chairs; the store was being extended, but I didn’t notice any disruption whilst shopping. Would love to revisit but I live up North!

Delighted with our new sideboard. Great in store advice and service and very helpful delivery men. Only downside was the original delivery date was changed to a week later due to volume of orders in the paintroom.

I have recently had to attend the Guildford branch on several occasions. I have always found the staff to be kind, helpful and professional. They recently went the extra mile in order to source me some material which was no longer available

The process of buying a TV cabinet from Neptune Guildford was a pleasure from start to finish. At a time when sales staff in other stores seem to know next to nothing about their stock, the expertise shown by Neptune's Emmaleigh Flower-Bond was exceptional. Delivery was made on time and I found the quality of the cabinet and its custom paint finish to be faultless. A special mention must be made of their delivery team. They were polite, respectful of myself and my house, installed the cabinet perfectly, removed all packaging and ensured I was happy with it before leaving.

We visited your shop in Guildford High St, and were very impressed with the service provided by Emmaleigh Flower-Bond. We ordered one of your lovely framed prints and this was delivered in 3 days which was faster than expected. We were so pleased with the picture that we ordered another in the set online. It was also a lovely touch that Emmaleigh also followed up with an email to ask that we are happy. We are very happy indeed and will definitely be back in the very near future.

Jess Barrett recently helped me with a design for my sitting room - a long and awkwardly shaped room that presented lots of challenges! Jess came up with some great options, including stunning paint colours that work beautifully with two paintings I was planning to put in the room. She worked around the fact that I still wanted to keep a number of my own pieces, and came up with designs where everything worked harmoniously together. Her colleague, Lauren is also a pleasure to work with, and they both keep in touch on delivery dates and speedily respond to questions and requests for information. I am delighted with the results and looking forward to working with Jess further as we complete the room. I highly recommend both Jess and the design service!

The laundry basket was very good. Not impressed with the packaging- as it was torn a lot - lucky it didn’t get damaged.

The lovely Emmaleigh from the Guildford branch went over and above to help me get a part for our Neptune kitchen drawer which was installed many many moons ago (before there were high street shops everywhere). I mainly dealt with Emmaleigh mainly over email with a couple of calls to place the order and she was professional and helpful. She even kept me posted with the part arrival date and when there was a minor delay. This is old school customer care we rarely see anymore. Thank you Emmaleigh - not only do we have a working drawer again (sparks joy) but it was an absolute pleasure to deal with you.

Products are gorgeous and the design is as well considered as the majority of Neptune products.Love having a store locally, the staff there are excellent.

We now have a beautiful and comfy living room to both entertain and relax in. Jess and Lauren listened and met our brief perfectly - suggesting wall colours, furniture, soft furnishings and accessories to suit our needs and budget with colours to complement our interiors as well as provide that ‘pop’. It is a delight to leave a review for Jessica. She has transformed my little flat into the most pleasing, attractive and happy home. The Neptune furniture is beautiful and I love the gentle colours.
