The customer service representative I spoke with also helped me determine the best type of material to pick for the type of stenciling we are doing; I was going to pick something that wouldn't have worked as well. Initially received the wrong material stencil. Contacted customer service and was quickly taken care of. Mistakes happen the service after was fantastic.

I never received any notice on when the order would ship. The website led me to believe the stencils were in stock. I finally contacted someone who said the order would ship in a week, this coupled with the ship time was unacceptable to me. I cancelled the order.

Terrible customer service.

Ordering was easy. Shipping time was decent. I think the shipping charge was expensive, but the name plates were inexpensive. Name plates are flexible, not stiff as expected, but since they will be in a holder, I don't think it matters much.

This is an update to my review a few days ago about the stencils not matching. I emailed the company and they fixed the problem the same day. They are making new matching stencils at no charge and were very easy to work with. The stencils themselves are great quality and the ordering process was quick and easy. Now I can report that they also respond quickly to problems.
