We Order item sr-11 without adhesive and it came with adhesive.

The company created a great product - very sturdy - and their customer service follow-up was great (I accidentally forgot to indicate that I wanted my stencil shipped rather than Will Call, and someone noticed where I was located and contacted me to clarify how I wanted to receive my product.)

Well I ordered the stencil way too big the first time. After receiving it I realized my error and reordered it at the correct size. I was sent a proof to approve which I did and very quickly, Maybe a couple days later the stencil was delivered to my house.

Their customer support was very responsive. There was a slight issue with the first item I ordered (they'd accidentally center justified it instead of left justified) but when I reached out they offered to re-do it free of charge. They sent that replacement quickly. The replacement was left justified and they'd also added holes for hanging, which wasn't ideal but worked. I'd recommend them.

Everything was right with the order. Showed up on time and the materials where spot on!!

the stencil broke when taking it out of the box. It is terrible flimsy, very brittle and worthless. Why isnt' it vinyl? I'll have to buy from someone else
