quick turnaround, great products & service!

Still have not received my order or an update after waiting a week. I called to inquire on it yesterday, and was told I would get a call back, and still have not been updated on status. I even put in a custom order after this one, and it was filled within a couple days. Have to say communication isn't great. But custom job was excellent. Mixed feelings

The product and service was everything I expected. Nothing special, but very satisfied.

Got an eighteen foot stencil for a parking lot line for painting.
I was anticipating a eighteen foot stencil of rolled plastic to be easily taped down on the pavement and brushed over with paint.
I got a six part stencil of what looked like linoleum which has to be taped together and then retaped to the pavement. Furthermore to take it off and wash it would require six parts to be done and reassemnled for the next use.
NOT what I expected....the Ad was rather misleading.
Not very satisfied.....

Ordered the 4 way locking stencils, they do not lock as advertised. Very loose fitting in the locking sections which allows the opportunity of paint leaking through those areas.
Also, we needed these for vertical stenciling, which is even more of a problem with them not locking properly. In order for this to happen they will need to be taped at the locking joints which is what we wanted to avoid by going with locking stencils.

Just got the stencils. These should be perfect for what we needed. The way they interlock is fantastic!

Ordered a stencil for road painting, paid the invoice as sent to me on line and then when it was delivered the shipping that I paid for that was $19.18 per invoice had a new delivery charge on invoice inside of package of $45.00. Package probably weighed 5 to 10 lbs. sent UPS ground. What kind of company gives you an invoice to pay when you order their product and then change the amount after the package was delivered. Not happy with that kind business tactic. Would have bought another product if I knew delivery charge up front.

We poured a patio area, and the stencil came out great. Very easy to use and we were able to keep it for future projects.

Everything I ordered was made, shipped, and received very quickly. I am very pleased with the quality and speed with which everything was done. Shanna Rosa went out of her way to make sure everything was done just how I needed it.

You did a great job, however the delivery arrived too late by the carrier thru no fault of yours. Will have to return.

Very difficult to navigate , I spelled the word wrong, no spell check on your end, so I had to buy another stencil

Quality of the stencils is great. They are a lot bigger than I expected so I probably won't be able to use the large ones I ordered and will have to re-order. Probably would be nice to have the overall length listed on the review page, but there is a spot to put the required length which I left blank so I will have to take some of the blame for that, but like I said I never expected to be that long.But ordering was seem less and shipping was extremely quick. I will most likely order the smaller ones I need from them.

The cuts were dirty. Had to clean them. And the plastic WONT! lay down.

Great company to do business with! these guys shipped my order faster than expected. My second order they offered to deliver it . you cant beat service like that now days! My 3rd order is on its way and i will have a 4th order.
