I’ve had a domain suspended due to an email verification issue that should have been trivial to resolve.
Despite multiple attempts using the “send verification email” function, no email ever arrives. The system claims it has been sent successfully every time, but nothing reaches the inbox. This isn’t a one-off attempt either — it’s been repeated several times.
I’ve also raised a support ticket (which remains unresolved and largely ignored), so there has been no meaningful progress or communication.
At this point, I have a service I’ve paid for that I simply cannot use, with no resolution in sight.
Very disappointing experience. I would strongly reconsider using this service if reliability and support matter to you.

Names co are always really quick to pick up call , always deal with my query quickly and effectively, and are always courteous and friendly.
It's one of the few calls to a centralised team that doesnt end in frustration.

Transparent approached to renewal rates
When I call them to ask about annual update rates for their sites, they were very transparent in explaining how everything works which I really appreciated.

Namesco is a company that listens. The representative that helped me today (Duncan) is a prime example of the companies professionalism.
