Great communication, products and service.

I have used this company on two occasions. On both occasions the website was easy to navigate, I also had to call to update my email contact and the customer support were quick to answer the phone and very helpful. The goods arrived very quickly. I would not hesitate to use MyTub again and would definitely recommend them to others.

Delivery arrangements need a bit of a rethink. I waited in on the notified day, only to receive an email at 4pm saying it would in fact come the next day. Since I couldn't be in at the estimated time, it had to be left "behind the bins". No problem to me, but I was told beforehand that the driver would need a signature - not true, given that there was no alternative (neighbours being away also). Other than that, a good price and attentive customer service with rapid responses to any communications.

Excellent service, regulay communication and easy to deal with. I ordered a toilet pan, was updated during the process and once delivery confirmed was able to specify the day. Item arrived in good condition and on the day agreed, all via email.
After 2 bad experiences trying the purchase the product of choice (see my other reviews) I was glad to use MyTub and am happy to recommend them. I will be using them in the future.

My tub were able to source a pump that although obsolete was no problem to them .Saved me a new boiler purchase. Great service.

We just had a very bad experience on this company Mytub. Especially from their sales person "Laurie" who is so agressive and unprofessional.

She is getting angry for nothing.

We will not work with this company anymore. Completely waste of time.

Very efficient: my installer did not find the spare burner I needed; MyTub did not have it either, but they found a colleague who did. The part was promptly received. This is real service, and so is after sales.
