I knew that the bathroom accessories I wanted were discontinued/out of stock everywhere! But MyTub found what I wanted and kept me informed of their search at all times. I have had my gas fire for over 40 years and I had a problem with a resonant. MyTub managed to get one for me. Dealt with Christine who was kind, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Bath waste received on specified day, communication about delivery was good and free delivery is always a bonus, as when ordering items from multiple suppliers this can add up considerably.

The Gas valve on our boiler developed a leak (during the January cold snap!). All other suppliers quoted between 5 & 10 days to deliver the required part. MyTub had the part in my hand within 24 hours. Many thanks for the excellent service provided by Christine for getting the part sent to a local plumbers merchant for me to collect

When trying to source the required 3 bar relief valve with swivel nut and gauge, I found a few sites online that claimed to stock the item, but then showed the photo of a completely different version - not very reassuring. I also visited a Travis Perkins outlet as a retailer of Inta products, and although they tried very hard for 30 minutes to identify the valve, they were unable to do so. MyTub had the right photo on their site and offered the product at a reasonable price. It arrived as per schedule and, most importantly, was indeed the right valve and gauge.

I was able to order exactly what I wanted. Delivery was very fast - unusual for the Highlands. I was out when the driver first tried to deliver, but he left a personal note in the letterbox with his mobile number, and I was easily able to rearrange delivery on his way back to the depot. As I said, exceptional service.

Fast reliable service. When an issue arose with a damaged bath delivered direct from their supplier this was impressively resolved and the bath was replaced the following day - brilliant!

The customer service rep helped me get the right product for what is now a product no longer produced, good to know that somebody out there has the knowledge and know how, product was sourced and sent within days,fantastic service, l will be back !
