An item was missing from my order but staff were so helpful and kept me informed throughout, right up to it landing with me a short time later. Well done!!

Prompt, helpful, efficient. Located a Bristan soap dispenser no longer manufactured and arranged for the item to be couriered within 24 hours. Excellent service. A company to be recommended.

I contacted this company on there telephone number 08445561818 with a general enquiry. I was very surprised to find I had been charge by the telephone company the amount of £6.06 in respect of access charge and service charges to make the call, which only lasted 10 minutes. What a rip off, this company should make it clear regarding there phone call charges on there web site. I notice they do not even have a email address on there web site to send them a complaint. I shall not use them again

Easy ordering process and prompt replies to lead time enquiries. An alternative product was offered where the one I was interested in was discontinued and at a competitive price. Good and accurate communication on delivery. I would definitely use again.

What a nice surprise. The order was nice and easy to place and fulfilled within 4 days. Goods were as ordered and arrived in good order. Compared to using a local supplier I saved myself a pretty penny well 5000 plus actually. I was kept informed at all times during the process.

Bought a Myson towel rail element from MyTub that sadly malfunctioned after 18 months. 2 year warranty confirmed by Myson. Brenda went out of her way to arrange a replacement part, having to navigate a challenging supply chain in order to get it to me.
Will definately shop with MyTub again.
