I select protected play last Friday, after receiving an email that says Protected Play, I click the link, make a bet, that shows protected play. Yet when the bet loses, I am not credited with the loss. Support says I have another box to check with the following -
After further review it's showing that you opted in but did not check the protected play box before finalizing your lineup. You would have to opt in through the promotions tab, press play now, and then check the protected play box

Deceptive and disappointing - lots of competition for this service out there, losing customers make it hard to gain market share. I wish I could say good luck, but it is good riddance.

The company can improve by using legitimate official scoring. They say the use 3rd party official scorers. So whatever there 3rd party scorer says after the game goes. I had a Quarterback bet under 211.5 yards passing. Every publication on the official scoring of this bet was 208 yards . Including NFL official scoring. They told me their 3rd party statistician said he had 212 yards. So causing my bet to lose by a half yard instead of winning by 3.5 yards. I went back and forth with support. They said to bad we state in by-laws that we use 3rd party scoring. Essentially said you have zero recourse and you lose . That's it. If you are going to run a gambling site at least use the OFFICIAL score line . Not your biased vendor who is highly inaccurate. In Prize Picks favor of course. There are far more options out there . Don't waste your hard earned money on rigged outcomes.

I've been disputing a bet I won since November 5th .the bet says I won.i sent all screenshots everything asked for.finally today I was told y'all made a mistake I didn't not win.cool I understand mistakes happen but I was told you guys cant provide me with the info showing I really lost but expect me to show i won.thats not good business at all. I'm a business owner myself and in a case like this if I can't prove then I will honor

Scammers!! They are making me go through hell to get my money I won!! 1/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Their app said I won, after the game they changed peoples scores and said I lost. Real sport stats supported that I won. This site is fraud!

PRIZE PICKS IS A TOTAL SCAM, THEY WILL DECLINE YOUR DEPOSIT, KEEP YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE TO GIVE IT BACK, THEY DON'T HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER, SCAMM JOB SO RUN FAR FROM THIS SITE

Scam artist thieves. Took my deposit but shows a $0 balance. Won’t give deposit back without jumping through hoops to verify identity. Didn’t need to verify sh*t to take my money

Unable to withdraw funds

When I try to withdraw my money, PrizePicks keeps giving me an error. I've tried this on my app and on my computer.

PrizePicks support is not helpful. They either ignore me or tell me there's no error and I need to try again tomorrow. It's been like this for weeks and they refuse to help.

If you want to actually withdraw your winnings, look elsewhere. But if you're in the business of donating money to PrizePicks and never getting it back, then this is the right app for you.

They will not give you a reboot if the player gets injured rest of the game beginning 3rd quarter so you will basically lose on that player because he got injured straight scam

It is a scam!! I deposited money and entered my lineup and halfway through the games I picked, my lineup disappeared. No customer service number to call at all. I had to email, only to get hassled. Don't trust it!!

New To Prize Picks Deposited $100 placed some picks then Prize picks Deactivated my account. and were not able to find it. so, the decided to open me a new account then they said i need to deposit money to play.
So, I asked on my other accounts and had picks made for today and for tomorrow and should still have money left. I also send them prof that i played $100. They said it's a false deposit but I'm looking at my credit card transaction shows $100 top Prize Picks. I've been asking for a supervisor to call me to enplane to me but no call. I guess they make too much money to call me back. I guess back to Underdog I go! I don't know why I tried :-(

This app used to be great. I’m just an average person who started doing this for fun. You win some you lose some- that’s what happens when you gamble it’s the nature of the game. However, they have by far the WORST customer support and are not a customer centered company whatsoever and only care about taking people’s money. They have to have someone live watching the board because so many picks just taken off AS YOU’RE DOING THEM. They pick and choose what they want to reboot, and when you reach out to support for help, they give extremely robotic responses and show no compassion whatsoever. Despite all of that, I continue being a member because although I dislike them, they are the most user friendly app out there. However, what JUST happened to me and my friends has by far been the cherry on top and i think my last straw. They have a flex friday promotion where you can submit a line up for a certain amount and if it doesn’t hit, you get your money back up to said amount (mine is $35). I look forward to Fridays just because of this. Well, like every Friday, I submit a protected play, it doesn’t hit, Saturday morning I see my credit funds in my balance but when I submit a line up, it says negative $35… I immediately message their support team and they apologize for the inconvenience and say they are working on it. They advised to see updates posted on “X”. I check X alllllll day, no update, but to my surprise them announcing a reboot on an NFL player that was injured but NOTHING regarding flex friday funds. This is now 6 hours later i reach out to them AGAIN, they say they are reporting it. HUH?! I reported it earlier in the day and it’s STILL not worked on. Not to mention, because of this, i had to DEPOSIT money into my account. And trust me I get it no one is forcing me, but when this is something that i regularly do while actively watching the games, its SAD that I can’t even count on a company to come through on their promise to give me my flex friday credit back. And to kick it all off, they didn’t even ONCE offer users that experienced this ANY for of compensation for the inconvenience (a free $5 line up, etc.) From this, to even taco tuesday or player discounts not hitting, no wonder everyone calls them SCAMPICKS they just want to scam their users they don’t really care about you. USE OTHER APPS NOT THIS ONE

Prize Picks sucks. The props are horrible. They offer promotions without the intention of honoring them I would stay far away from these guys

I have an account with Prize Picks and have been attempting to withdraw funds to my bank account. The link from prize picks to Aeropay is not working and all I get is the loading message after entering my number. When I reached out to customer service they informed me that I would not be allowed to withdraw the funds that I had earned because I had deposited the entry fee via Apple Pay and apple pay is only available for deposits and not withdrawals. They refuse to allow me to save an approved alternative payment method such as linking a bank account. They said “If you are trying to withdraw with another bank/card - you have to connect it with your prizepicks account first by depositing (make sure its a bank/card that is allowed or is available for withdrawals as well). ​ ​Same method with paypal. PayPal is available as a withdrawal method but you first need to use it in placing a deposit into your PrizePicks account - for it to link up and show as an option in withdrawal's tab. You also have to playthrough the amount deposited to avoid playthrough error. Once those steps are done then it should show up on your withdrawals tab options.” Therefore I’m required to bet more in order to withdraw the funds I have already earned. That is abusing and deceptive. I should not be required to bet more and risk more funds in order to withdraw what I have already earned. They must allow me to save an approved payment method and withdraw without requiring me to bet more. The resolution I want is the ability to withdraw my earnings without betting more.

There was a stat correction for my bet that you can find anywhere, but they ignored it and “kept their original assessment” that was wrong in turn keeping my money. Never using this app again and suggest you don’t either

For one they make you get a confirmation number to cash out, no other bet site does that. But be aware after you win and request withdrawal they do and will not send the confirmation number even after contacting help support they will do absolutely nothing trust me. Your winnings will sit, EASY to deposit but they DO NOT want to pay out. Please take my word do not bet on this website. I never had an issue on Pick 6.

Prizepicks has a flex bet Friday up to 35 dollars. I did it this last Friday and the only gave me 25 back. I've tried like 10 times to reach them through the help. But no one ever came through. So not just loosing a bet but loosing money because they short me. And won't respond.

Terrible experience. Took my funds instantly but I can’t withdraw funds and 20 help tickets later they haven’t done anything to help.

Anyone who knows anything about math should realize the odds on their website are horrendous. For example, 6 out 6 pays 25 to 1, but the real odds of picking 6 out of 6 is 64 to 1, which means only an idiot would make that bet. Doesn't matter whether you pick 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6. The payout odds are absolutely the worst. The website was built to steal money from morons.
