Three unresolved issues on my account:
1. My balance shows $1,800 ‘available to withdraw,’ but per Kalshi’s own 7-day same-bank hold policy, none of my recent deposits should be withdrawable yet. I don’t know if it’s a display error or accurate.
2. My account also shows a ‘deposits and withdrawals are temporarily unavailable’ message with no explanation.
3. I attempted to withdraw $300 of the displayed ‘available’ balance. The withdrawal didn’t register at all — it doesn’t appear in my activity, pending or otherwise. The app accepted the input but nothing processed. This confirms the ‘available’ display is inaccurate.
I raised these issues in in-app chat and got a vague non-answer from an agent. I followed up by email with screenshots — and received a verbatim copy-paste of the same reply. Clearly no one is reading my ticket.
Just need clear answers about access to my own funds.

Website is unusable, lags and freezes at the only times that matter, displays wrong numbers so you are seeing numbers that arent real, and litterally requires you to refresh the page and hope your not just forced a loss through glitches on kalshis end. The app on the phone is slightly better bit still absolute dog shit. Go to polymarket or a casino youl have better odds actualling being able to see and interact with the relevent information. They need to actually ban prediction markets bad.

I just joined Kalshi's site a few days ago, made a deposit, confirmed via email / site that it was cleared to trade. I made over 20 bets and won 98%, I checked my activity on Kalshi and it shows my order placed and settlement after, but received ZERO payout. I reached out to Kalshi's support, very poor / slow and basically they're claiming they don't see it. I forward my screenshots and I have videos of my trade, result they're blaming my software on my pc and phone app, which shows current version. Their support are very poor and basically they' re just kicking the can down the road, until you give up. I feel cheated and connived in every way

If i could leave zero stars i would , first of all the app has gitchs its slow not in real time , if you start winning the app will start to go slow and some times freeze up , the payouts & betting number metrics & odds will start to change in favor of the market , so the house / market wins , you will lose your money over time , its like 3 card monet on your phone just with sports teams , stocks, events , ect all these prediction markets have the card your looking for up their sleeve !!!! PLEASE DONT USE THESE PREDICTION MARKET APPS ! BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !

Scammed into making an account and now I can’t get my money out. Can’t even contact anyone to get help. Email sent and not responded to. Left a complaint on BBB. Going to my bank to dispute everything.

My experience with Kalshi’s customer support has been completely unacceptable. They claim to have a responsive support team, but that is simply not true. I was told I would receive a response within hours, and it has now been over ten days with no reply whatsoever.
This level of neglect shows a serious lack of accountability and professionalism. A company handling users’ money and accounts should not operate like this. The complete absence of timely support makes the platform feel unreliable and poorly managed.

I've had an open support request about a withdrawal bloc and still no solution. I keep getting a verification notice despite being fully verified. Support only suggests logging out back in, which hasn't worked, leaving my funds locked and inaccessible. I gave myself time to see how #Century 1OOinvestment really works. The regular access to my payments during that period made the decision easy for me.

I lost access to my authenticator app and am now unable to withdraw my funds. Kalshi's platform will accept deposits but blocks withdrawals behind a 2FA prompt with no alternative verification path — a design that effectively traps customer money.

I contacted support via email and live chat on March 18 and March 19, 2026. Their bot responded saying my account was "verified" without taking any action. Follow-up requests for a human agent have gone unanswered for hours.

I have since filed a complaint with the CFPB. I would not recommend depositing money on this platform until their account recovery process is clearly documented and their support is capable of responding to basic access issues.

*4/4/26 Update:

To Kalshi's credit, this issue has been rectified, but it took persistent attempts of contacting them over 7 days before I received any human response. That being said, my issue was fixed rather swiftly by Elias who was very understanding and courteous throughout the process. He definitely deserves a raise and/or a promotion!

Account was logged by Kalshi without giving a reason. Money was not transfered back. Looks like scam.

According to Ceo sports betting is not gambling.

Complete ripoff. Nonsense bets. Vague criteria. Slippery rules. What kind of a moron would spend $0.01?

Isn't it funny how EVERY review of Kalshi is either one-star (actual experiences) or five-star (sponsored fluff)?

I am posting this out of pure frustration. I have had a support request open since February 9th regarding a withdrawal block, and I am still no closer to a resolution.

Every time I try to withdraw my funds, I receive a "verification notice." However, when I contact support, I am told that my account is already fully verified. Their only solution has been to "log out and log back in and try again." I have done this multiple times to no avail, yet I continue to receive the same vague, scripted responses.

It has been over five weeks of my funds being effectively locked with no technical fix or clear explanation. I am looking for a real solution, not another suggestion to "restart the app."

Put down $30 to make $130 on bitcoin being over $75,250 at 9pm. Looked on multiple platforms and it was well over what I needed but kalshi says their platform recorded it being $2 under. Seems very suspicious when I clearly saw it was over. Have been waiting hours on support to get back to me and honesty just thinking of disputing the charge at this point. Filing a formal complaint with the CFTC in the morning.

Contribute to the further destruction of society by financially betting on every damn thing. Watch the CEO's hopes for the future and you'll see how evil this is.

I am currently experiencing a very frustrating situation with rejected crypto withdrawals and the lack of actual support.

I made three crypto payouts to Coinbase via Mesh. Coinbase confirmed that the transfers were rejected and sent back. However, more than a week later, the funds have still not been returned to my account.

Since then I have tried multiple ways to contact support:

-Submitted a support ticket

-Sent emails

-Contacted support on Twitter/X

-Followed up several times through their chat system

Unfortunately, I only receive automated AI responses. Every message tells me that the issue needs to be reviewed by a human agent, but despite this being said repeatedly for more than a week, I have still not been contacted by an actual support representative.

I have also contacted ZeroHash to investigate the transactions, but they were unable to find any record of them.

I understand that issues involving multiple providers (such as Mesh or crypto processors) can take time to resolve, but the complete lack of human support and updates is very concerning, especially when customer funds are involved.

I sincerely hope the company will take this issue seriously, investigate the missing transactions, and finally provide a response from a human support agent.
