My Chime account was hacked, and a thief stole over $12,700 via 83 transactions on Betr Casino under a name that isn't even mine. I don't have an account with them. I reported it to their Compliance Team. They asked for my ID and a picture of my card to verify I was the victim. I sent it.

They then used my ID to close my case, saying the transactions were "authorized." They requested my personal info under the guise of an "investigation" just to dismiss me. This is a calculated, bad faith practice to avoid refunding stolen money.

Their security is a joke, and their "Compliance Team" is a trap to make victims go away. I have now filed formal complaints with the US Federal Trade Commission (Ref: 203052401) and the UK's Action Fraud (Ref: RF26060292545C). DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM. They will steal your money and then use your identity against you.

I am not able to withdraw my funds from the app and the customer service support has done nothing but give me the run around. DO NOT play or deposit any money to this company it is an unethical scam.

If l could post less than 1 star l would. Worst ever!!!!!! No match no customer service all bots NO HELP!!! Emailed me and basically told me “NOT SORRY”!!! Do not do business here!!!! Every time l got “redirected” to a phone # it was to a gamblers anonymous addiction hotline. Chat was the run around with more bots. I can’t even imagine if l had won money from them and the hell it would put me through to actually get it…..no fkn way!!!

Anyone giving credence to someone giving 1 star with the word "scam" or "don't play here" probably also cannot tie their own shoes. 50% chance most these people don't know the difference between the words lose and loose. Clearly I can & do, so take that as you will. Betr has instant redemption to Visa & quick redemption via Trustly. Excellent customer service, tons of live table games & variety of slots. Numerous promotions in both casino & sportsbook, truly everything one could want in an app. I should have reviewed here long ago. Will continue to patronize Betr as long as it's so awesome! read your terms of promotions or have someone read & slowly explain what said words mean. Only a fool, and there are so many, would expect to profit from casino or sportsbetting. Even their original Betr Picks is a great pick'em offering. This is in Google Play, so the vast majority of reviews are there. In the meantime, anyone who comes to TrustPilot to read about any wagering app & site, have some discernment from legitimate reviews, & people who are simply sore via losing their deposit gambling :) not too difficult to understand which reviews are worth your time. I put $100 in app two nights ago & I just redeemed $421 among 3 various methods of deposit. I will lose my fair share, yet never give a few word review out of spite/stupidity. Intellectual regression is everywhere. Betr is everything one could want in a wagering app, & customer service makes things right promptly, although it's seldom necessary to contact them.

They cash out near instantly, and everything seems legit and mostly is, ive deposited many many times and its always been good, although one of the blackjacks is a bit suspicious but its alright as they have a dozen of the same thing so you can skip that one, however the reason this is one star for the timebeing until resolved is because I got bj on a 25$ hand shouldve been paid out 62.5$ however instead of paying me that it took 62.5 from my account and in the log said I made another bet for 62,5 which you literally cant, when I contacted support tehy said I was paid out just 10 mins later, which is untrue and they thought that because I had like 20$ left after that and continued betting to get back to what I started and and I won a bj hand for 62.5$ in the process, they said they sent it to upper ups so well see, it isnt a scam casino by any means but I definitely wont be using it if this doesnt get resolved even though I got back to profit on the day and cashed

Every spin was a lag. Literally every single spin. One bonus, whatever it's a casino, but every spin lagging? They claim the casino is in the early access phase. What does that mean, why is it open if it can't run correctly? I have 10 screen shots of the loading wheel popping up. That is crazy.

An account was created fraudulently with my email. I reached out to customer service to close it. They said they did but the next morning I received an email that withdrawals had taken place from a random PayPal account I’m unfamiliar with also. Their customer service while fast, does not do what they say nor are they empathetic. B E W A R E
