Order still hasn't arrived after 3 weeks
My order has not arrived. It's now 19 days late. I acknowledge that there have been Royal Mail strikes in this period, and it is the Christmas busy period too, but nearly 3 weeks for a small package within UK mainland is unreasonable.
Customer service has been hard to find and it is very limited in what you are able to do. They were responsive, but only to pass the buck to the delivery partner.
The problem is still not resolved.
This order was a Christmas present, which I felt I had ordered in sufficient time (more than 3 weeks). With only 3 days to Christmas now, it's not looking hopeful.

Ordered a personalised phone case weeks ago as a Christmas present. Hasn't arrived despite being told it was dispatched 3 weeks ago! Try to log into 'my account' and it has been disabled!

Item not arrived, no communication!
Ordered a phone case last Christmas and was perfect! Delivered quickly, and came with a Christmas give box! Very happy with the product.
This year, it’s a different story. I ordered a phone case and haven’t had any emails from them, and been waiting for weeks for my delivery and still nothing! Not even a shipping number, this was a present and now I don’t have enough time to get another one ordered before Christmas! I’m not happy with the lack of communication!

This company do not deliver they take your money and thats as far as it gets I have been waiting since 23rd November and I| keep getting the same message from there support team its on its way I will be aksing for a refund. Be careful when ordeing off this company

My case didn't arrive and didn't arrive so I said to cancel and refund as I would order from somewhere else instead of which they would send ANOTHER one - but I dont WANT another non arrival I want a case from a company I can depend to actually send it. I asked them to cancel... who knows

Do not trust this company - delivery flaky
Do not trust this company. My order hasn't been delivered, have asked them to esculate the order be assist, but they refuse... So I am left waiting for a delivery that's clearly lost in France that I can't esculate or do anything about. Have lost £56 so far & nothing from them in support

They are not a scam
Not a scam - just a bit slow so it felt they were a scam - I contacted them via their Instagram account and then they sorted out my problem really quickly.
I’d advise to do the same as they were great to deal with once I made contact with them.

5 stars after major problem. Respect for resolving so fast
I have to be honest with you all, first parcel lost in transit ( royal mail ...strikes are not helping anyone) it took few days to get response from this seller but to fix this situation,they shipped new order by FedEx express! That most likely costed more than my actual order. Received this morning and I like to say thank you for resolving the problem before Christmas! I understand they are not based in United Kingdom, however they need to make the buyer aware of delays and that this is international company based on netherlands.so yes this is legit company

Must be a scam, do not order! Not only will nothing arrive but to contact you have to set up and account which also doesn't work, and you can't reply to any emails. Absolutely do not order or bother trying to contact them
