Great website to buy k beauty products, had a limited edition item I’ve been unable to find anywhere else so was very happy, free samples included, I thought shipping was reasonable but they still emailed me to apologize for the delay and credited my account which was much appreciated :) Will definitely be using again.

I've never had an issue with this supplier. I'm allways very happy with my purchases. Yes, the shipping sometimes can take a little longer than other websites but that doesn't bother me. Maybe the communication could be better, but overall it's not an issue for me.

I ordered an out of stock item, the service respondent was really quick to respond to my request for an update! I was offered an alternative product with an additional 10% or a refund. Even though I wasn't able to get my products, I was really happy with the service I received and the way they were willing to help!

I placed an order and didn’t receive it yet! Tried to email them but they don’t answer.. I’m really disappointed ..

Ordered on the 26th of July. I have emailed and messaged, have had 0 response. My item was a pre order and a set of masks, the time frame on the website is 2-3 weeks. I have been a loyal customer spending £50+ monthly for a while, never had an issue! Really disappointing!!

I Ordered a facemask over three weeks ago and nothing has arrived!!! I cannot find any contact with them at all. I bet they don’t reply to this review either. I think this is a scam.!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM!! Placed an order 9th July - haven’t received order & they don’t respond to emails!

Placed a pre order on the 28th june. The item on the website states disptached within 2-3 weeks its now been over 1 month and it still hasn't been dispatched. I've emailed, sent a message on there website and dm'd on instagram and have had no response from them. DO NOT BUY from this company.

Purchased 4 items 10 weeks ago.
2 of them arrived in reasonable time. But I am still yet to receive the others.
Initially they replied to emails, excuses about stock, delays, being away etc. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But then I complained again about the lack of product after 6 weeks and was told they were sent that day be special delivery. I am still yet to receive anything and now my emails are being ignored.
I don't recommend based on my rubbish experience.

I usually don’t leave feedback in public forums but the lack of response from them urged me to. I made a purchase on the 13th May which never arrived so I got in touch about it and they responded saying it was out of stock and that it would take 2 more weeks if I wished to wait. I was okay to wait and also made another purchase.

Its been 4 weeks since that convo (today is 28th June) and nothing yet. I reached out so many times via the same email kindly requesting for more information on the status and they never responded. I reached out on the chat as well. Even an email responding about the situation would give you some confidence.

I’m starting to feel like this was a scam.

If items are out of stock the users shouldn’t be able to make a purchase in the first place, and even after that not until I wrote to them after a few weeks they mentioned it was out of stock.

This has been a really bad experience for me.
