Delivery was quick. Irritating product.
The Rejuran Ampoule product dried out and irritated my skin but Myk went above and beyond to offer a refund, which was very kind. Delivery was very quick.

Good product selection
Lovely online store, the products were perfect, haven’t been able to find elsewhere in England! Came with a little note and some samples which were a thoughtful touch, would purchase from them again.

I love the fact that Queenie sends…
I love the fact that Queenie sends little personalised notes with each order. It’s such a thoughtful touch, she even remembered me asking about the product and noted that. Overall, delivery was made fast, pricing is good and Queenie is excellent with giving advice too!

Excellent customer service
Ive ordered with them twice now and they've always been excellent. First time there was a mistake with a listing I bought and she quickly emailed to apologise. It was rectified with a free shipping code so I could reorder with the correct pricing x
What an angel will always pick here especially for the mystery boxes
