good on report but lack comms on cancelling
Decent experience with the report, I have tried to cancel within the 30 days, but have yet to have a confirmation. Hopefully this will be done.

Fantastic report and delighted with the experience
I was unable to understand when I have seen the my first time credit report and straight call them.
The way they explain me it was phenomenal . They explain me each point to me and was free but the who spok to me he was gr8 . Sure going to activate soon. Thanking you and I will recommend to everyone.

AWFUL.....not sent report and not replying to emails
This service was non existent! No report sent, cant access as no reference number and not replying to emails requesting cancellation
