Good company. Bed as described. My daughter absolutely lovely xxx

I ordered an ottoman bed in February, the first issue was that I was told (post sale) that I would have to pay a postcode surcharge for delivery. This was not added before I checked out, my order confirmation showed free delivery - so that was extremely annoying.
2 MONTHS LATER I still had not received said bed nor had I had any response to my communications as to when it might be coming. I wrote my initial (negative) review on TrustPilot and was VERY promptly contacted by the owner with lots of assurances this was not a normal occurrence and it would be dealt with immediately. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, removed my review, and was promised free upgrades of removal of delivery surcharge, delivery to the room, assembly and a partial refund. The bed finally did come but the delivery chap left it in my hallway, leaving us to manoeuvre it to the required room and fit the headboard ourselves. I complained to the company, again, and was told that the courier was at fault and that I would be further reimbursed for the inconvenience. Having gone back and forth with the company for another month and a half I am still not in receipt of either of the refunds aforementioned. I am entirely bored of the whole frustrating thing. I would avoid using this company in the future for sure, not worth the hassle over 4 months just to get a bed.

Once again prompt response from the company having submitted THIS review...
FINALLY the refunded payment has been received after going to and fro for far too long. Glad it's done now as that was a stupid amount of unnecessary stress that could've been entirely avoidable.

Fantastic company, fantastic beds. I can’t recommend these guys enough. The delivery driver was also very friendly and helpful. 5 stars from us.

Very good communication, good delivery!

Took just over a month to be delivered so do not be alarmed by the timing as I was. The men were very helpful and one in particular helped me put the bed together hours after it was delivered through the phone. That eased my worries as he gave me step by step directions. The bed is amazing, quality is great as I’ve had it for a couple weeks now. Would recommend to any one of any age as I myself am not a child.

Lovely bed, beautifully made and my daughter loves it. The mattress is also perfect so far. I told them I would be at work on the day they wanted to deliver so they delivered later on in the evening for me which was appreciated. Great service overall, thank you 😊

Beautiful bed for my daughter’s bedroom, customer service was great they kept in contact the whole way through sending fabric samples and keeping me up to date with delivery schedule. Will be ordering from them again when we do my other daughters bedroom.

Lovely bed for our daughter’s tiny bedroom, great storage, very well made! The delivery took over 3 weeks but it was so worth the wait. Great service, very recommended, thank you!

Lovely bed & great quality

From before ordering, inquiring, to placing an order and through to delivery communication was 5 star. I wanted a faster delivery than the normal wait time and they tried their best to accommodate that. Really pleased with the service and very happy with the bed. Loving the ample storage space and convenience of a side lift ottamen due to layout of room. A nice sturdy bed. Will definitely be using in future again. Can’t fault service or bed.

Bed frame was exactly what I was looking for, delivery was a bit longer then expected however they was very helpful in letting us know when it will arrive and kept us up to date

Beds delivered as expected on day arranged previously, delivery was prompt, polite - courteous so we were delighted. Delivery men couldn't do enough, great to see the goods being properly cared for from start to finish, well done..

Gorgeous ottoman single bed for our daughter, really good quality & price during a special offer. Lovely colour & fabric, 100% happy with it.
Service was amazing, great communication and no problems with delivery, they went above & beyond making sure we were happy with the time even helping out with getting the bed in the house to suit our needs.
We would definitely buy again & recommend with confidence.

Ordered my little girl a bed she loves it, loads of room under for storage!! They sent the samples out really fast and answered all calls and questions regarding delivery.. would recommend this company for your beds 🙌🏻
