This company is just amazing! Abbie is lovely, so professional and the attention to detail is incredible, I just feel so relaxed after she has been and cleaned.
Tell her what you want and she does it without hesitation.
Ignore the negative reviews, because you could not find a better company in south Holland, believe me on that one!
Really disappointed with my experience with Abbie.
I work full time and have a 3 year old so don’t get time to fully clean my house.
I booked Abbie for a deep clean on my 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house she quoted me £153 which I thought was a fair price.
Booked her in for 12 o clock one day and she messaged at 3pm saying she was done, meaning she’d got £50 an hour for a full house deep clean.
When I inspected my house when I got home, I was happy with the bathroom but seemed she’s missed vital other parts around the house which were listed on her ‘deep clean’. Kitchen cupboards, splash backs, mirrors, stairs and bannisters not clean.
She said she doesn’t accept refunds, I had to send her the money that day, but as I’d sent her photo evidence that she would come back and re-clean the bits she’s missed.
She came back 2 days later and again, parts missed like skirting boards which again I have photographic evidence of.
I was hoping to come back to a house smelling lovely and not having to worry about cleaning it for a while, however I’m left £153 down and a house that still needs cleaning. Find a different cleaner, even if you have to pay a bit more!
Adding on from her comment - she mentioned it was going to be hot, I offered her to re-arrange to another day.
She never asked me if there were any problem areas and I never sent her a photo of my carpet saying it’s not clean, I know it’s not I’m not stupid!
I never refused to pay, she required the funds the same day and they were sent at about 7.30pm - would you pay someone that you hadn’t even seen the job they completed yet and never met before?
She’s messaged me saying she ‘takes fully accountability’ for the job she did..
After my complaints, she said ‘I’m guessing you won’t want to use me for a regular clean’ in which I replied ‘if you rectify the bits then possibly’
You’re a new business and should be doing more on first visits to satisfy new clients and if you asked any other cleaner in the world 3 HOURS IS NOT ENOUGH TIME FOR A DEEP CLEAN!

I am very sorry that you are disappointed and my services did not meet your needs. As previously stated when you booked, I do not charge by the hour, its a block booking price so If I am to work over the hours that were quoted then you do not get an extra charge, this was made perfectly clear! You also received a 10% discount on your package hence the fantastic quote you got!
After completing the job, I contacted you stating that the bathroom took me longer than I expected because of the excessive limescale I encountered, you did not notify me of this despite me asking if there were any problem areas and as per the pre contract booking, as such this took my attention away from other areas that required attention! I would also like to point out that it has been extremely hot over the past few days and I am only ONE PERSON, meaning I can only achieve so much. I also sent you a message after the clean listing which areas were an issue and required further attention which I stated I would sort upon my return of your bi-weekly booking! Picture evidence of the cleaning I had done was provided to you and quite frankly even to this day, I am unsure of what you are seeing! You must also understand, that you were booking a bi-weekly package after the deep clean, so if these ''apparent'' areas had been missed, they would of been sorted when I returned, no ? You also send me pictures of areas I had apparently missed, which appeared to be silicon on the tiles and a stained carpet, which I can do nothing about and I offered you a carpet cleaning package but you refused ?
As per my policy, you refused to pay me, despite me showing you the job I had obviously completed, you failed to understand that cleaning involves a lot more than a slap and dash visit and I clean to a high standard hence my 100% recommendation by reviews and my continued custom and business. Even after I went back despite your attitude towards me, I re-cleaned all of the areas you asked me to do without hesitation, but this was still not good enough for you! I even took around 30-35 pictures showing the re-clean and the success of it, if you like I can show these to the world its not an issue ?
I find your comment of ''Find a different cleaner, even if you have to pay a bit more!'' curious, which is strange, because you wanted to continue booking me for a bi-weekly clean, despite all of your ''apparent issues'' do you not find that odd ? In future I would recommend that you check back on what you have said prior to leaving a negative review.
