The results screen showed me a spinner and nothing else for two days straight. Support said it was a sync problem on their end, fixed it, and my IQ score popped up that evening.

I reported the charge to my bank as fraud before contacting anyone. Then Cognius explained it was my own trial converting, refunded it, and I had to sheepishly withdraw the dispute.

Two subscriptions showed up under my account somehow one monthly, one annual. Cancelling on my so support removed the duplicate and refunded the overlap.
