I came across this company whilst searching for moving my household furniture from the uk to Spain. Not heard of them before that. From start to finish there was excellent contact and support from Sylwia. She gave me the drivers details before the day of moving which was reassuring. And as promised, the driver Piotr was outside our Spanish villa on the day and time promised. All in all an excellent service which I was very happy with. Happy to recommend and five stars is deserved.

Bay far the cheapest on the market. Depending on the size of the load, you may need to provide support for loading and unloading. Nevertheless, clean communications throughout and easy service. Impressed!

I had to move 10 cubic metres of furniture from Germany to the UK, and MCR did an excellent job. They're cheaper than their competitors. Communication with Natalia was very good. Collection & delivery went smoothly, exactly according to plan. Highly recommended!

I had a really good experience with this company. The price for moving the contents of my flat was excellent. The driver, Gregory, was extremely helpful and excellent at his job. He took his time to ensure my things were packed carefully onto the van. He arrived on time and helped me to load and unload my things. I would 100% recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again if I move back to Barcelona in the future.

Sylwia did an incredible job providing information and guidance. She even sent me images of the van to be sent so I could ensure my stuff would fit. The price was fair and cheaper than other places I had got quotes. The driver Piotr was super helpful, updated us on arrival times and was incredibly good at making the most of the space with the boxes and items he had to pack. I would definitely use them again. Only heads up I would give is for payment you need to be able to use PayPal. It is not hard at all, but PayPal is their payment method of choice, so you should make sure you have that set up. But honestly it is worth it. For me I had it anyway so no stress. Thank you for making this move as easy as it could be.

I have just used MCR for the first time to ship some furniture of ours to Spain and I would highly recommend them. The administration is very straight-forward and is very efficient, as was the whole collection and delivery experience. To cap it all, MCR could not be beaten on price.

I used MCR to move from the UK to Portugal last week, and I was very pleased and impressed with the service. I had lots of questions in the weeks prior to the collection and Sylwia was always prompt to get back to me. The collection and delivery were done within the time slots I was given. No a single item was damaged. It doesn't get better than this.

My removal with MCR went very smoothly. Sylwia, was always on the phone to answer my questions. The truck came on time, even earlier and the driver Andjey worked really hard to take my luggage down from the third floor. Everything arrived in good condition next day from Germany to UK and was unloaded again with the help of the driver. Very good service for reasonable price. Wood recommend.

I would like to start by saying that the van arrived punctually in France and the driver was helpful. The departure from London was not so smooth: we had an email the afternoon before to ask if the van could come between 10 and 12 rather than 12 and 2 and asked us to weigh what we were sending. We contacted the two men who were helping us load to ask them to come earlier and did our best to estimate the weight including items of furniture which was clearly impossible. On the morning of the removal, the van did not arrive between 10 and 12 but at 1.15 by which time we had had to pay off one of the men. The driver seemed upset about something, probably the alteration in the schedule like us. However, he obviously made up the time and we ended up being very pleased.

I had moved from mainland Europe to the UK several years ago with a different company (L*pa Removals) that had planning issues. I had booked 15m3 but they were only able to take 12m3 becasue the truck has already been too full, I had to leave behind some of my goods! Moreover, my belongings were supposed to be delivered directly to my address, but was put into a storage for a few days and got loaded into a different truck after that...

I hired MCR to bring me the goods I had to leave behind because of the other moving company back then and everything worked out fine. The driver was very friendly, too.

So I chose to book MCR again to take care of my beloved goods moving back to the EU in 2021.
Fortunately, it was a great experience again!
Sylwia in the office was very helpful. Brexit has made things more difficult but she took care of all necessary documents with ease and knowledge! The driver was on time and just great, he was motivated and helped carrying all of my goods with a smile, no exaggeration! Thanks again!!!

I recently booked My Cheap Removals for a removal from the UK to Germany. They really offer the cheapest rates on the market, so at first I was a bit cautious, looking for the "catch".
