We booked the removal from London to Amsterdam.
The driver was very friendly, organised and efficient with loading the van. We had photo confirmation that everything was unloaded in the storage facility without problem on arrival which was reassuring.

Every item arrived in perfect condition, placed exactly where we requested. Throughout the entire move, the team impressed us with their friendly, patient, and courteous demeanour. Justyna went above and beyond, doing a pre-move drive-by to assess access for a more accurate quote.

We were very impressed with the company as we moved from Portugal to UK. Justyna in the office was very helpful in letting us know what documentation was required and the process involved in the move. We were supplied with the driver’s name, vehicle registration and the time the driver would arrive. He was very punctual and Justyna was in touch with us at all times. At the other end everything ran smoothly and driver arrived earlier in the day than expected which was great (this was communicated to us). Everything arrived in the condition it left Portugal - no damage or breakages. We were very impressed with the company and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

We relocated from Norway to England. The process was very straight forward and competitive pricing. Justyna from the team was extremely helpful and they were great keeping us up to date.

I am very pleased with the services provided by MyCheapRemoval! Even when compared to other part-load removal companies their price was the best. Justyna, who was in charge of my move, was super quick to reply, always thorough in her explanations and very reassuring from beginning to end!

Things to keep in mind:

⁃ You have to have some flexibility for pick-up and delivery. That was no problem for me and Justyna and the transport team still made it work with my hard deadlines.

⁃ You have to box and label your stuff yourself and get supplies as well. I was aware of this before booking and I preferred to do it that way!

⁃ You have to help the driver with loading and unloading. I was also aware of this before booking and this was again no problem for me!

Justyna was so helpful with organising the move and was very responsive. Our driver, Robert, was also incredibly helpful with packing the van and helping to move the items into my flat. Overall it was a good experience and I would happily recommend to others.

First time moving anything internationally and was a lot less stress free than anticipated with the help of justyna and her team. Very fairly priced and everything arrived safely. Would definitely use again if needed.

I used MyCheapRemovals for a small international move. My wife and I are moving temporarily from a large house in the Netherlands to a small flat in London, and are taking along with us the essentials to live and work with for a couple of years.

We have moved several times in the past, whole house moves with large international movers paid for by my employer, so this was a little different, i.e. small and paid for by ourselves. It was a small load, so i knew that it was shared with other customers in the same truck.

The price from MyCheapRemovals was about half that of the other quotes we got. We were only moving small and non-fragile items, and one large TV in a crate, and we packed them ourselves. There were a few fragile items, which we took in our car to avoid any risk.

It is important to know that the pricing is based on volume and weight, so do make sure you are within both limits, which we did.

I had excellent service from Justyna, who helped us promptly through every step of the process, and Robert, our driver, who loaded, transported and unloaded for us. All our items arrived safe and sound, roughly within the expected time, and with no price surprises.

I would use them again.

Cannot fault the service! Everything arrived exactly as we packed it and it was completely stress free - highly recommend! We had so many quotes and i was unsure who to trust but we heard a really good review of My Cheap Removals and so decided to go with them, and Im really glad we did.

The company very much disappointed our expectations!
The items we packed properly and labelled as fragile were not treated as you would expect from a reputable removal company.
The removal van was apparently repacked after loading and some of our items were damaged or broken.
As we documented everything with photos and were able to prove that the van was packed differently on collections and arrival, we were still not paid any compensations for the damaged items.
With the excuse that we had not packed our removal goods properly. I don't think the removal company has any insurance.
Unfortunately, we cannot describe the company as reputable in any way.
We had to pay cash on the spot and did not receive an invoice for it!
In the end, we paid "dearly" for a supposedly "cheep move".

The communication was good, Sylwia was very helpful.
The drivers help us with our boxes.

The communication was ok, but the timeslot for pick up was agreed less than 24 hours in advance. The driver was very good and helpful. He helped carrying heavy objects for roughly 300m

We sold our house, had a completion date, and a house full of our stuff that had to be shipped to Poland before then. Matthew was briefed on the urgency and how important it was to empty the house or we would have been in breach of contract if we were late leaving. This was an urgent matter.
He made realistic suggestions for shipment dates and ensured there was a backup, just in case. Matthew also did his best to ensure I booked the correct weight and volume configuration to be as cost-effective for me as possible.
The truck arrived on time, the driver had been briefed on a split-drop arrangement and the shipment was delivered safely and on time.
Mycheapremovals is great value for money and a service leader. Matthew did everything he said he would do and kept in touch with me throughout. The logistics people supported him to ensure everything went smoothly. It was pain-free. Excellent!

Communication with Matthew was very good; he was also honest about a potential problem caused by the storm Ciaran (which in the end did not affect the move at all). I added a box last minute and that was also no problem. The driver did not speak English but was very friendly and helpful. Delivery was from door to door and inside the flat as promised. Very good price/quality balance.
