The bed we ordered was just as we hoped, really good quality wood (scandi style bed frame), very solid and excellent finish / colour.
No issues in assembling it, instructions clear and all fittings supplied.
Excellent service all round, including delivery.

The company were great to deal with and were able to ask all my questions before ordering. The order was delivered and when I made a mistake on the castors they were great and replaced the parts. The divan with drawers is well built and we are really pleased with it

I have purchased a number of bed frames and mattresses from this company, both for personal use and a holiday let. Very good value for money and excellent customer service.

I’ve waited until now as I believe it’s best to have some experience of the product before commenting on Trustpilot. It’s now 3 months since delivery and I can say there haven’t been any issues with the Frayer double bed. My original contact with customer service was excellent and delivery was also as quoted. On receipt and unpacking all components were there and no damage or marks on the white frame, a great start. Assembly was straight forward and it was soon ready for use. From my experience I would gladly recommend MyBedFrames to anyone looking to purchase a new bed at realistic prices.

I recently bought a mattress and a mattress cover. While there was a small issue with the delivery (the mattress cover was sent to the wrong address), I was very impressed with how the situation was handled.
I contacted the shop, and they responded quickly and professionally. They arranged a replacement without any hassle, which I really appreciated. Mistakes can happen, but how a company fixes them says a lot—and in this case, they were helpful and respectful.
