HotelContractBeds Recensioni

The delivery driver arrived alone yet said he needed another person to help as the items were too heavy to lift alone. Luckily my husband was available to help!
We had to keep the beds packaged up at first whilst finishing the room, but after opening them up I am really disappointed. The main divan base frame and mattresses are fine, but the headboards are poor quality and the foam inner pads around the edges are uneven. The wooden struts to support the headboards to the bed were broken and we had to glue them back together, plus both headboard had struts that were different in both shape and design which isn’t ideal. The drawers are also poor and one side doesn’t fit flush with the divan base. Quality control is poor making a very disappointing purchase for the price

I couldn’t get the v a t back because I didn’t know much about being on the net I’m to old on disability and to much pain,I have never had this before and always filled the form before. I couldn’t get to fill it in.

We stayed at a lodge and had the best couple of nights sleep so before we left we checked where the mattress was from. As soon as we got home we ordered one and now continue to have the best nights sleep. Great service and highly recommend!

Easy experience, I use them regularly and always deliver quality compliant beds at a good price.

The bed was a very high quality. It's very heavy. In fact, took three men to get thing upstairs. Monaco 1500 king-size. The company manufacture these things to order, so it takes a few days longer than some of the other companies, but it was worth the wait. I'm writing this review, probably two or three years post purchase and it has lasted fantastically well. I came back, especially to buy the same mattress in a smaller size.Because it suits me so perfectly. Its the right quantity of firm versus medium if that makes any sense. Happy customer.

I purchased a replacement mattress for a sofa bed. It has not been used by visitors yet but the item fitted perfectly, was as described on the website and communication and delivery was good.

We are always very happy with the service from this supplier. They are responsive, reliable and always do their best to accommodate our orders, even at short notice. Deliveries are quick and the whole process is easy and hassle-free. We will definitely continue using them for our short-let properties and would highly recommend them. Thank you!!

As a regular customer who relies on dependable furnishings for my properties, consistency is everything. The mattresses supplied are always exceptional in comfort and craftsmanship, holding up wonderfully over time. What makes working with them even better is the seamless delivery process—coordinating drop-offs is quick, flexible, and entirely stress-free. Having a trustworthy supplier makes managing logistics so much easier. Thank you for the outstanding service and ongoing reliability

When doing business, my primary objectives are a) only use a reputable company who offer out standing customer support, one who will resolve any querries i have, including warranty claims. b) offer a reasonable priced product that delivers and is backed by long warranties.

I have brought quite a few beds from HCB, and i can say i am very happy and will continue to use them as long as they meet the above.

Doing business is easy, so if like me and you need delivery dates in advanced so you can be at the property, this is not a problem.

I really like this company. They are afforadble and matresses are good quality for the price. Would use them again for sure.

Friendly service, reliable delivery and consistent quality
I will continue to use Hotel Contract Beds

We would recommend this company 100%

We originally bought all our beds from them and sold them with the sale of our house. We bought beds again for our new home and had to keep re-arranging delivery due to a number of issues with the process; they were so accommodating every time I asked for a new delivery date; nothing was too much trouble.

Unfortunately, our house sale fell through at the last minute; I rang to see what could be done with our order and they were so understanding and gave a full refund without any quibble whatsoever.

This company not only sells great beds but also have the most amazing customer service; buy your beds from them, you won’t be disappointed.

Super comfy bed at a great price. Clear communication about delivery. It’s in our guest bedroom and has rave reviews from guests. So much so we are thinking of replacing our own mattress with the same! Would highly recommmwnd. Great value compared to the market.

Metal Boltless bunk beds.
The bed was indeed very easy to assemble, which was a positive. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end for us.

The bed creaks every time you move, to the point that it’s almost impossible to sleep comfortably. My son has actually ended up sleeping on the floor next to the bed because the noise keeps disturbing him.

I’m not sure what the solution is or whether there is a way to stop the creaking, but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this bed for anyone who is a light or sensitive sleeper. It’s very disappointing, especially considering how easy it was to put together.
Please kindly provide the email and I will be happy to email you the issue we have with metal bunk beds.

Setup a 20 room hotel from scratch and used Hotel Contract Beds for all bases, mattresses and headboards. Good price, quick delvery and multiple compliments from guests about their quality of sleep :)

I was very satisfied with every element of the service and have already recommended the company to friends and family.

Great service, quick delivery, excellent quality and extremely comfortable, also a very competitive price.
Would definitely recommend and will use this company again. A++

Super quality product and excellent service with speedy delivery

We wanted a specific configuration of 2 zip and link divan beds, and after much searching and online research we found Hotel Contract Beds. Order process was easy, availability was within a week, and delivery was on schedule, with a very helpful van driver.
The beds have only been used once so far for the grandchildren, so can't comment on comfort personally...but the grandkids seemed to sleep on them without problems.

you supplied what we wanted and lived up to expectations
