Terrible services for what we are paying, trying to make a claim and they're actively doing anything but help us.

Such a bad service. Ripping customers. Unprofessional staff. Don’t buy insurance from them.

Joke of a company! Cancellation costs are through the roof! My premium is high enough! I pay nearly £300 a month for my policy I wish to cancel 4 months into holding my policy as I physically cannot afford the payments any longer. They’re charging me a cancellation fee of nearly £700!! £700!!! PLEASE!! Do not take insurance out with this company no matter how desperate you may be they scam and rip you off with fees that are extremely questionable. Bunch of cowboys.

Worming to others before you thinking to do insurance with these crooks

This is the worst motor insurance company by far-ever and they are not based in the Uk they are trading in Uk through complete cover group insure your motor there intermediary and when I took out joint comprehensive back in 7th of November 2020 the agent who sold the worst insurance policy and at highest price £1375 and did not take into account when I clearly stated prior to Covid-19 I was self employed taxi driver but now I am not working due to COVID-19 as I am posed and isolating and he stated to sale the policy and misrepresentation and misinformation provided to the underwriter Mulsnne Insurance and made error on my spouse date of birth year, it clearly shows how incompetent and unprofessional they are and unhelpful and they are rubbers trying rub people and there policyholders to cause grief to people and distress and frustration and financial loss.
I was involved in a collusion 25th March 2021 which was my fault of accident after reporting accident on the day they come up with an excuse next day on 26th March 2021 to clarify my status of my employment and I told the complete cover group agent of the issue next day the underwriter decide to void my insurance cover policy which I paid for hole annual my question of argument is why they did not come up with this earlier and to void and cancel my policy so that they can save there back and them self not paying for me to fix or repair my vehicle, under comprehensive cover weather it’s who ever’s fault they need to take protection to cover cost to repair my vehicle and if I am also at fault and other parties if so.
If I am claiming through my policy cover under access fee of a claim however this did not happen it’s opposite and they penalise and punish there policyholders.
This is total injustice and a complaint is ongoing and it was my biggest mistake to approach these crooks cowboys and leaving my previous insurance for renewal with acorns insurance just for few hundred pounds to save me but in fact I am now in loss of financial and all this hassle of and when this will be resolved and get the outcome.

Cancellation policy costs are extremely expensive. Avoid!
I have changed my car and the new quote they gave me was ridiculously high , I said I want to cancel simply because the fact that I have found thousands of pounds cheaper insurance.
Now when I said that and I canceled they asked me a lot of money to cancel it.
The insurance was made trough A plan insurance , A plan is a good company but they should never provide insurance with companies like this.
AVOID AVOID

The most useless insurance company ever. I want to sue both marshmallow and Mulsanne together, does anyone know any law firm that can help me????

I started with these guys in may of 2019. I had a car crash in August that year. Tried to make changes to my policy they didn’t allow me to change the car I was insured to until I had payed the rest of my monthly fees. Even when trying to cancel. I was told that this company doesn’t like taking money in instalments so they use a loan broker called close brothers. I didn’t know this nor did they make it clear with me. So not only did I have to pay the rest of the monthly fees I had to pay £90 on top as a cancellation fee. Stay away from these at all cost. For whatever company you go with, make sure you know the details of cancellation even after a crash while paying monthly.

Really bad insurance I mad claim I followed them for over a year and finally the payed me 450 pounds the car worth over 4000

My car was stolen I made claim. Suddenly they voided my policy. I have bought policy from marshmallow. They ask me to pay full money for insurance and they wants further payment of process of my claim. I have disclosed everything to marshmallow now my car has taken by scum bags and not even got penny and I have full insurance premium. Going to take them court i said avoid marshmallow insurance.
