I give this company 0 star . Do not use , very bad customer service .. well I’ve had no co operation over a accident on 10/01/22.. car was written off (found out off garage as they wouldn’t answer to me) then had the cheek to up my price cause of a change of address.. now I don’t know what to do as they won’t pay out as the vehicle was financed by my partner . Even though the log book and insurance was in my name... can anyone recommend any solicitors as they can’t get away with this surely ?

Terrible!!! Money grabbers.
Terrible, scamming company! Was insured by them via insure your motor. Quoted £88 a month with a £197 deposit which I thought was great so went ahead and paid the deposit... 3 days later get an email to say it is now £120 a month. Not what I signed up for and not what I paid a deposit for! According to the brokers it's because mulsanne have charged me £200 for putting in wrong claim dates on my application (how does anyone remember the exact date of claims that happend years ago) what does a date matter, atleast I have been honest with the claims! Insurers usually only ask month or year but they have asked the day month and year and you clearly need to be spot on or they will find something to add an extra charge!!! Never heard of a company charging so much to simply change a date. Also never ran this by myself as I'm really not in a position to pay £120 a month but I've already lost £200 with paying a deposit! Absolute joke, do not insure with this company!!!

Clearly this company needs 0 star available to them given the 100% negative feedback! First of all they cancelled a policy and now want £900, we didn't ask them to cancel it they just did it, how can you demand £900 for a cancellation like for what when no more services are been provided! Now threats of court etc. Please avoid they are scammers, spend money with a decent company

Mulsanne lost a court case and have done nothing to settle so far. Seem to have put there head in the sand
All after there terrible driver wrote my car off.

This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam . I paid a deposit of over £500 and a so called broker . Sent me a photoshopped pdf as my insurance certificate. AVOID.

I would love to give them zero stars.Horrible service.My car was destroyed by drunk driver.Ended with claim at my fault and new insurance with £3000 per year.
People should avoid this firm for 100%

Scam company they stole from me
Scam company they stole £650 off me and the continue to demand a further £450 cancellation fee for 1 weeks insurance after quoting £1400 then increasing the policy by a further £1100 the week after and then increasing it another £400 the week after that, they are now threatening because I will not pay anything else. Noting but a scam company that will steal off you

Rang them for a quote, ended up in the wrong department even though I followed their answering machine, anyway the guy answers and put me intentionally to Reception after explaining to him the department I was after. Finally, ended up in the right department and accidentally saw their rating here which is 100% Negative. I mean one really needs to try to 100% negative feedback. Scary stories here.. go elsewhere just as I have.

After reading reviews from different…
After reading reviews from different people this company is a total scam. My car was stolen and I was attacked by 4 junkies. Gave them a crime reference number from police. But they are saying to me their engineer checked car was damaged before incident occurred and shockingly their representative is telling I shouldn't make any insurance claim. She was trying to say I got this crime organised by myself when those junkies nearly killed me.
Have been waiting for months now , they are putting words in my mouth and saying different things and making those points to avoid my claim.
Complete ripoff please avoid this company like a plague. Avoid Marshmallow.com and currently they're using key claims as a company name. I am going to court now have been suffering because of this in covid.

Had to complain to the financial…
Had to complain to the financial ombudsman after they refused to refund my excess after an accident the other driver was at fault. Didn't bother investigating all the information I sent them just made a decision what commercially suited them. Ombudsman was scathing of their lack of proper investigation. Eventually when forced to repay my excess just sent me an envelope with the cheque no apology or nothing. Terrible company

Very bad company to have your insurance…
Very bad company to have your insurance with.
We just took out a police and found it £400 cheaper so cancelled it within 3 hours.
They made us pay £80.
£50 admin fee and £30 for the 3 hours that was insured.
Would avoid them at all costs.

Awful company
Awful company. I got insurance through WiseDriving and after an accident was told my insurance was actually with Mulsanne. My car was written off in the accident and Mulsanne don't provide a courtesy car because my car "isn't being repaired". The best they could do is mark my claim as urgent and provide the payout after seven working days.
Awful insurance company. Unclear policy details. The initial policy documents just state that you will get a courtesy car whilst the car is being repaired. I could not find a policy anywhere which states what happens in cases when the car is written off. Customer service completely unhelpful and unsympathetic. I am not hopeful at all that my claim will be processed well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Waste of time
This company does not know what they are doing. I should have picked up my new car on Monday as my old one is apparently written off, but still by Wednesday they don’t know what is going on I rang them several times and always got different answers. Please don’t insurance your car with this company as it is a total waste of time and will give you sleepless nights and depression.

I don't know why I chose this insurance company. The worse ever , cancellation fee £ 500 , that's stealing. I will not advice anyone to insure their car with this company. I asked them to explain, which an still waiting for a reply.

Dirty action
i was told about A-plan insurance who insured me with these, 845 a year, shopped around got it at 545. Bad action that proper greed. Just glad by the reviews I didn't need to claim, sounds like a nightmare.
