Mulberry Bush Ltd Recensioni

Lovely selection of toys. Was able to get something different for all my grandchildren

Fantastic toys with an excellent commentary regarding age suitability of toys themselves. Parcel arrived within 48 hours in a well packaged box so all items purchased in tip top condition. I am thrilled with the items and ultra quick delivery service.

Delighted with the named pencils and box. They are a great success and good quality. Excellent fast service. Have already placed another order!

All gifts arrived in perfect condition ready for a Santa to 'squeezd' in to a stocking for later....

Ordering online was easy. I paid for fast track delivery as I needed the doll to ensure it reached me by a specific time. I had notification of the dispatch and delivery process. The Chloe doll arrived tucked up in a cardboard box, ready to be wrapped for my great-niece. She looks just right for a 4-year old who loves fairies and rainbows.

I was very impressed by their availability and helpfulness when ringing with a query.
The pink sparkle fairy flower set and wand look perfect for my granddaughter's birthday and arrived promptly.
A delight to order from.

We ordered a present for our Grandsons first birthday but were late so rang up to check delivery etc. No problem and they also managed to personalize the gift for us. It arrived exactly as promised and he loved it. many thanks to the team at Mulberry

I have ordered toys from Mulberry Bush for my Grandchildren for many years now and have never had a bad experience. The toys are good quality and well-priced.
The ordering over the phone is straightforward, while the box then arrives very promptly.
Would highly recommend it to anyone.

All the personilised items & other items were delivered promptly- I really didn’t expect it so fast.

I was very pleased that my order was done by a very good receptionist she was most pleasant and I was very impressed.

My son was really impressed with the junior carpenter set. It arrived with us in good time for his birthday

Have never heard of this company, let alone ordered from them but lo and behold, a personally addressed mail shot came through my door today. I am militant about not sharing my address with companies and so can only assume Mulberry Bush acquired my address from a sinister 3rd party, wittingly or unwittingly.

Ordered correspondence cards by telephone. Requested delayed delivery as I was going away for a few days. Good quality cards, exactly as ordered and posted out on the date requested. Will re-order in due course. Can recommend.

I ordered some personalised colouring and lead pencils for my son’s first day back at school and couldn’t be happier. The pencils are excellent quality and look really smart – he was so excited to take them in. What really stood out though was the customer service. Unfortunately, the first parcel was lost in the post (through no fault of the supplier, more down to Royal Mail), but as soon as I reached out, a replacement was sent straight away free of charge. The new set arrived in time for school starting, which meant so much. Brilliant customer service and a lovely product – highly recommended!

The named crayons were beautifully presented and were much appreciated by our grandchildren, thank you.

Excellent service. Quick delivery time. The personalised dark pink rag doll is beautifully made. Perfect size for 1 year old granddaughter who absolutely loves it. The name is beautifully embroidered on it too. Would definately recommend.

I bought spacebot 3000 . Extremely poor product with poor quality and cheaply made, it's impossible to unscrew it, doesn't do what it say cant fire disc from mouth stop working within seconds. Not worth the money at all

Item was as described.
The reason for my mid star rating is due to the delivery issues! Paid for next day delivery, but due to the terrible service from Parcel force I won’t buy from here again unless they change the delivery service they use!

Fantastic customer support , Mulberry Bush made sure my gift arrived on time . My gift was beautifully gift wrapped , well worth the extra fee. Good old fashioned customer support , great selection of gifts that parents actually appreciate . Thank you.
