Mulberry Bush Ltd Recensioni

Excellent service from pleasant and helpful staff when placing order. Information on delivery very informative. Would recommend Mulberry Bush.
Very happy with the items purchased.

I'm very happy with my product! It arrived beautifully wrapped and on time. I had inadvertently bought two of the same product at checkout. I emailed Mulberry Bush and they immediately reached out and reimbursed my money.

You were to deliver by 4th April..now you are saying 7th!!
Easter is then over…..

I am delighted with the quality of your products, and the named hairbrush for my granddaughter has been so well received that I had to purchase a second one for her sister. Thank you!

Telephone order very efficient & helpful. Christmas order was excellent too & happy to use the company again!

I recommend Mulberry Tree for their variety of products and helpful human contact..

Excellent customer service, I had made a mistake with my order, realised straightaway, emailed the Mulberry Bush team and the mistake was corrected. They sent a very reassuring email by return and the personalised placemat arrived promptly.

Product exactly as described

After receiving a rag doll for my great granddaughter with her name on the dress I was very disappointed with the finish of the stitching. However I emailed Mulberry and Tanya was brilliant. I sent photos and a replacement dress is on its way. Well done and thank you Tanya.

First purchase from this company .The customer service I have received from Mulberry bush has been first class The prompt response confirming my order, next day delivery , excellent packaging and quality wooden toys helped make this transaction perfect . Our little Granddaughter is thrilled to bits with her new Bay Tree dolls house , family and furnishings. Easy to put together good design and so well made . I will definitely purchase again from this company in the very near future.

This pirate ship is great. I love wooden toys and this is a well-constructed alternative to the usual Christmas tat that breaks in a week.

It has been the favourite toy of Christmas!

I ordered over the phone and found them really helpful. I was kept informed of when they would arrive and I'm happy with rhe contents at a reasobable price

The experience was very efficient. They kept me informed of the progress of my order. Courier was very good. Rang the doorbell and used the knocker unlike other couriers

I am so glad I found this company online, I have received two little rag dolls today for my grandaughters and they are absolutely perfect. Absolutely thrilled with the quality and price. They arrived earlier than expected. I am really chuffed with my purchase.

I brilliant service and couldn’t be more pleased !

The box of toys arrived on 8 December after an original prediction of the 5th. In spite of being marked 'Fragile' the box was quite badly damaged which affected the individual packaging of some of the toys. The toys themselves were good and lived up to the descriptions.

I am very happy with your work. I was disappointed with the colour, it is more pale mud than cream. I also would have loved it if you had a box that I could have put each person's notepaper in to wrap it up.

A very clear ordering process.
The product looks very good, and I'm sure my grandson will be very pleased.
It arrived when it was scheduled.
Maybe the week between order confirmation and order dispatch could have had a further update. I was beginning to wonder if ......

Easy to order online. Parcel arrived packed well. It arrived the day that I was informed it would.
