5 star customer care and expert mechanics
Dillon (hope I got his name right!) has been absolutely amazing. His customer care is second to none and his mechanical knowledge is brilliant. He went above and beyond to double check all aspects of my car in order to diagnose any critical repairs required so I can be assured that my vehicle is safe to drive my baby daughter around in. He expertly identified all components that required replacement & undertook the repairs the same day, despite being super busy. The whole team at the Tamworth branch are exceptional. I won’t take my car anywhere else and always recommend to family and friends. Thanks gents!

On ist turning up the gentleman behind the counter was on the pc
Instead acknowleging me he carried on
I realise he was busy but just a word to say he would be with me soon would have shown some good customer service skills, this was for a good few minutes
My car was soon dealt with plus another gentleman but as there was no one in the office we had to wait for at least 20 minutes, and the other gentle did ask the lads in the shop floor if anyone could deal with our payment when he did finally return he did apologise but not a good experience
But the tyres were a decent price as a positive
