On ist turning up the gentleman behind…

On ist turning up the gentleman behind the counter was on the pc
Instead acknowleging me he carried on
I realise he was busy but just a word to say he would be with me soon would have shown some good customer service skills, this was for a good few minutes
My car was soon dealt with plus another gentleman but as there was no one in the office we had to wait for at least 20 minutes,and the other gentle did ask the lads in the shop floor if anyone could deal with our payment when he did finally return he did apologise but not a good experience
But the tyres were a decent price as a positive

10/10 for customer service

As always, these guys are amazing. Sorting me out with two new tyres and fixing me up the spare. All at short notice.
Really appreciate their help in keeping my poor work van on the road.
