Mr Tyre Ltd - Stafford Recensioni

Fast and efficient

Amazing service and cost!
I was booked in to have my suspension fixed at another garage in town, but these guys quotes me £100 less and got me booked straight in for the following week. Would highly recommend and use again!

They fixed the problem very fast and were very professional

Friendly staff and efficient service. Fair price and Zak is thorough on MOT's. been going to Stafford branch for years.

Great service as usual, and good customer service

Very helpful and friendly staff.

Called me up to let me know when the car was ready to collect.

Great service as always

Had mot, failed due to rear fog lamps not working after later investigation found there was nothing wrong..
Just needed to know how to switch them on.
Re-booked and when I returned suggested I show the examiner how to switch them on and was dismissed quite sharply I tried to explain that I think the examiner might not know how they work and again was dismissed with the comment he has to be alone and insurance won't cover me so let them get on with it while watching from reception.
I could see that he couldn't get them to work 5 minutes later the first man I had spoken too walked in to reception and d ignored me followed by his colleague who asked me to show the examiner how to turn them on, so insurance wasn't that much of a problem as I did mention, reply it will be okay.
I turned fog lights on and the second man asked me to show him how I did it and then said that the lights stalk must be on the way out which I told him it isn't and again was told that I was wrong!!which i replied i wasn't as I had googled it and that is what you do! Very rude.
I'm a 66 year old man and have never meet a more miserable, ignorant, unsociable lot and will not be returning .

Always a great experience at Mr Tyre, Stafford. Cannot fault the guys that work here, really helpful.

Excellent staff at Stafford mr tyre took several cars there I tell them what I need and they sort it out

Really good communication

Excellent

Brilliant service. Literally booked the appointment, chose the tyres & turned up.
They were really efficient ans I was in & out in no time. Much better than Kwik Fit

Had the interim service done. I got a detailed analysis of my car and it was clearly mentioned what repair to be done.

Excellent service as always. Extremely helpful and brilliant for advice.

Very efficient. On time for appointment and very satisfied with service. We have been to Mr. Tyre for the past three years.

Top service as I have come to expect from the guys at Stafford. Always explain everything and don’t try to rip you off.

Really friendly and polite staff. Easy to book required service online. Quickly checked in and explained process. Received a courtesy call about completing tracking and cost. Up front and honest. Great service. Booked in MOT and full service for next month too.

Easy to book. Fast and efficient service. Never pressured to have extra work done and I find they don't tell you extra things need doing unless it's actually needed. Highly recommended.

Lost a star, as £10 off mot vanished when I added oil and filter change.
MOT 8.30am and told oil change was booked at 10.30am when I arrived.
Would have thought done one after the other.
Overall experience positive.
