Friendly welcoming service
Friendly welcoming service, greeted and told about timing, and offered a seat in reception where I could wait. Did the job efficiently once the car was brought inside from the car park. Have been previously, which is why I was happy to re-book with them.

Friendly, efficient and competitively priced
I went to the Common Road site in Stafford last Friday with a bad, passenger side, front puncture. I wasn’t too sure how to proceed but the guys were really helpful, gave me sound advice and priced me up some competitively priced tyres. They weren’t pushy, explained the options and I was really pleased to be back on the road within the hour. My old regular tyre outlet closed down recently - this will be my first port of call in the future.
