As usual the staff were courteous, friendly and carried out the MoT on my car promptly and efficiently. They were also willing to discuss a very minor issue (not related to the MoT) offered advice on a solution.

Car returned to me with FLAT TYRE, unsafe to drive.
I am disappointed that my car was 'returned' to me with a flat tyre, I could see it had no side wall 'depth' & was bulging out ie nearly completely flat.

We are sorry to hear of the issue you’ve experienced with your tyre and appreciate the opportunity to look into it.
We’ve reviewed the inspection report and the associated CCTV footage from your visit on Wednesday 29 October 2025.
The footage confirms that:
Only the wheel supplied from your vehicle’s boot was fitted with a tyre and fitted to the nearside rear of the vehicle. No other tyres were worked on.
All the tyres appeared to be correctly inflated at the time of fitting and upon departure, as confirmed by the CCTV footage.
There was no visible sign of deflation as the vehicle left the premises.
While the images in the inspection report are at a slight angle, they do not indicate any visible issue with tyre inflation. Additionally, as the tyre in question was fitted last year and has performed without issue since, this would normally suggest that the fitment was sound.
As we have agreed, we are happy to inspect the tyre that has gone down to advise the next steps.

Very competetively priced tyres and…
Very competetively priced tyres and friendly staff. I had pre booked my appointment a few days earlier, but was attended to about half an hour late. The garage was busy, so that's understandable. However I'm a taxi driver and it could have meant a missed fare. Otherwise I would have awarded 5 stars as I previously have.
