Excellent same day service
Made a same day appointment for 2 new tyres. Plenty to choose from given the short notice. Car went in on time and replacements were done quickly. Staff were friendly and answered all my questions. I've used Mr Tyre Coventry before and will continue to do so.

went today to ask for a quote and I nearly got attacked
went today to ask for a quote in regards of removing a wheel nut, when I entered the parking lot I saw one of the mechanics so I pulled up the car next to him and I wanted to ask him about it ( Bald man with glasses old man ) he then says with a horrendous attitude ' go park the car and go inside to talk ' so I said to him why you speaking to me like that, he then tell me to just go away, I said to him why you speaking to me like a C*nt he then came to my face and threatened me for a fight, we got in our car then another man chubbier fella came told us we are stinky, asked us for a fight, told us to jump out of the car and was strictly very unprofessional!

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We take allegations of this nature very seriously, and as we have communicated by email too, we have investigated the circumstances surrounding your visit, including reviewing the available CCTV footage.
Having completed our investigation, we do not believe that the footage supports the account of events described in this review. We have also found evidence of inappropriate and abusive behaviour directed towards members of our team, which is something we take equally seriously. Our staff should always conduct themselves professionally and courteously, and we expect the same standard of behaviour towards our colleagues.
We are sorry that you left the branch feeling dissatisfied with your experience. However, we do not feel it would be appropriate to publicly discuss the specific details of the incident or the individuals involved.
We remain committed to providing a safe, respectful and professional environment for both our customers and our colleagues.

Excellent service from the guys they new I was in a rush so they didn’t hang about they kept me fully aware what was going on the tyres were a good price can’t fault them I have used these guys for over 6 yrs now never been disappointed thanks to the guys at Coventry branch much appreciated your help today

Fantastic service went in for 4 tyres and was advised I only needed 2 as nothing wrong with the front 2. Any company turning down sales for the customer these days is doing a great service. Thank you.
