What an amazing company.
I was trying to sell my Skoda Kodiac and was having a nightmare. I was stitched by Motorway.com so went to CarWow who promised me more but I ended up being in negative equity. After a long think I cancelled the sale and went to Motorpoint. The Online tool was great, uploaded the pictures of stone chips etc and they came back with a great price, slightly positive equity. Took the car in the next day and job done. I had missed a small mark which they were ok about. So quick and easy. Will definitely use them again.

Provided with a very competitive price to purchase my car. Very easy booking process for the handover and the costumer service dept helped me reorganise my appointment when I realised I needed to remove my private plate. Actual handover was very straight forward and what I was most impressed with was there was no big attempt to reduce the offer, car was checked, documents signed and funds in my account within a few hours. Very impressive service.

I went to sell my car at Peterborough on Sunday, having already been given a valuation online. We were quite impressed by the whole experience , the site was clean and tidy as was the showroom/ reception area. Tea or coffee was offered by the receptionist and was greatfully accepted. We had been allocated a very young man by the name of Fred to do the initial appraisal of our car. Fred explained the process that would happen and talked us through each stage and was very clear and precise with his information. This young man is a credit to Motorpoint and also to his family, polite and not at all pushy, which unfortunately is sadly lacking nowadays. I am giving big praise to Fred because he deserves it.
Our car was taken into the workshop for an assessment and within 25 minutes Fred came and found my wife and I and said all was good, (which we knew was the case). We was paid the full price that was quoted and we then signed the document of ownership over to Motorpoint. Fred had previously explained as it was a Sunday, we may not receive the payment until the following day. We had email confirmation of the sale and price received before we left the site. All this in less than 1 hour.
We received the full price quoted as we were honest with our appraisal of our car before we took it to the site. No lies told and full price received.
To our surprise my wife looked on our banking app early evening on the Sunday and the full payment had been received.
Motorpoint offered more than anybody else and the whole experience was very smooth, and Fred helped this along.

Very pleased with the price i was offered for my 3 year old Vauxhall Crossland 1.2 turbo. I wasn't so happy with the process I had to go through re providing the necessary paperwork etc. before gaining authorisation for the sale.

Motorpoint offered me the best price for the car online, and there was no further haggling at the branch which made it a very straightforward experience. There are also no fees involved unlike some other online sales outlets.

I sold my car to Motorpoint, they offered the best price compare to others. I did accidentally arrive for my appointment a day early but they were able to see me and take the car. Very impressed with the speed and efficiency of service start to finish.

Easy end-to-end selling experience. The website is very easy to use and get a quote, and the quote offered by Motorpoint was the highest I was able to get from the main online websites.
I was able to get an appointment a few days later at the nearest branch. Granted, the nearest branch was 80 miles from me, but that’s not their fault.
I had an early morning appointment, so I was one of the first people to arrive and didn’t have to wait around long to be seen and for the car to be taken in by a mechanic to be checked over. About an hour later one of the assistants gave me an updated price based on a few cosmetic defects they found with the car. This did knock on some £ off the original quote, but it was still a very good price.
Once agreed, the money was in my bank account within a couple of hours, and this was on a Saturday! Based to their website I wasn’t expecting the money to arrive until the next working day.
All in all, a good experience and would recommend Motorpoint as a place to sell your car.
