Exceptional service and great price…
Exceptional service and great price buying my car. Dealt with Ben in manchester branch who was a gentleman, and I cannot reccommend MP highly enough after my experience. I was paid inside 10 mins and no big haggling me down on price. The also paid alot more than We Buy Any Car. 10/10 all the way from me.

This would have been my third purchase…
This would have been my third purchase with Motorpoint, but all did not go well. I uploaded all the documents, as requested prior to collecting the car I had ordered. Despite information confirming the collection would take approximately 15 minutes, I was kept waiting around for 1 hour , with no apology before being told they were only prepared to offer £500 less than previously quoted for my part-exchange vehicle. During the original quote process they also added £750 for a warranty I specifically stated I did not want. The price I was paying was not dissimilar to the VW dealership, and they offered me more for my vehicle than Motorpoint. Will not shop with Motorpoint again
