Policy cancelled without my knowledge…
Policy cancelled without my knowledge and receiving no contact from them. Went into the chat to find out why and was told that a payment had not been made when the payment had already been made they they asked if I had no communication from them and then the chat was ended before I could answer. I’m extremely unhappy with this as I could have been driving uninsured and not known about it! I had logged into as I noticed that they had not taken my payment yesterday- the day it was due.
