I saw the 5 star ratings of motion media, and I thought I would get decent service. Their service was better than decent. From the customer service to the delivery, the experience was flawless. From knowing if the item was in stock to suggestion on how the item should be shipped to product quality, my experience was flawless with Motion Media. Yes, they deserve the 5 star and 100% ratings that are posted. I WILL order form them again.

Very helpful, I wanted quicker shipping so they cancelled the Amazon purchase and were able to overnight. Item arrived on time and brand new. They were prompt and courteous on the phone and email. Great outfit!

This purchase was made by Grandfather for Grandson who is a freshman at college. The desired item is necessary for one of his classes in the spring semester 2015. Motion Media explained to me that proper and acceptable college ID was required. This was quickly done on my part. Once Motion Media had this proper information, the order was processed and sent off. I received the item in three days. Very well boxed and quickly delivered. Motion Media provided a very satisfying shopping experience. The Motion Media staff was available at any time I needed assistance in completing the order process.

I recently made a pair of purchases at Motion Media (software and hardware). The price was the best I could find and when my software had an activation problem they were quick to respond and resolve it. I fully expect to buy from them again. They sell a lot of good tools.

My initial inquiry into Agisoft's PhotoScan software with MotionMedia seemed well attended too. I waited for 5 weeks with no reply and then decided to call back. From that time on, purchase of the product and the service has been prompt and well received. Great service now that we have purchased the product, but I feel like our business didn't mean much until a more serious commitment to purchase was established.

Great customer service and timely delivery of the products I ordered. I even made a mistake on my order and the staff at Motion Media was gracious enough to call and correct the issue before the sale was finalized. Great experience.
