Overall, I am very happy with PlanHero. I am using it to post volunteer opportunities and track which shifts are filled or not. I find it intuitive to use and like the layout. I would love to see PlanHero as an App as well since it would be easier for many of my volunteers.

I recently found PlanHero and learned how to use it for a global prayer sign up. It worked well for all nationalities and included space for important links. When I used it for the same purpose a second time, certain of the participants experienced an issue, but customer service assisted me right away to clear the problem.

This platform is so easy to use, including adding and changing administrators. PlanHero has made it easy for us to ask for exactly the volunteers we need and make sure our volunteers have what they need by being able to send customized emails and reminders. Thanks, PlanHero!

The best sign-up tool out there! I have been using Plan Hero for 4 years to help organize the holiday giving program I run. There is no other tool that allows you to create a sign-up with "sub-categories". I make a generic sign-up (example: 8-year-old girl). Then I can add what the child wants and how many of each item. The link is easily shared, and it allows people to sign up for as many people and items as they wish. It is straightforward to use. I have people of all ages navigate it without a struggle -the oldest is in her 80s. One free sign-up is helpful to try it out without risk. There is nothing to lose. By the way, the customer service is exceptional.

PlanHero is incredibly easy to use, allowing you to duplicate events, communicate with participants, and make changes efficiently.

PlanHero has made such a difference for volunteer management at our small nonprofit! Additionally, their team is always incredibly fast and helpful when I do have questions or need assistance.

People signing up are having a hard time understanding the process and it is confusing to them. I want a refund because we will not use this platform, it does not work for our purpose and organization.

I am a teacher and recently began using PlanHero this year. Julie provided outstanding support in helping our team get set up and running smoothly. She was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the process. Overall, it has been an excellent experience so far.

I love PlanHero for planning my annual event. It makes my job so much easier, and it's great for my volunteers as well. One thing that is frusterating on the app is sometimes I swipe to the left and if I have not saved my changes I loose everthing that I've done. That can get frusterating but everything else works pretty great.

You always get back to people quickly. Best Customer service.
