Working with Motion Media has been the best experience possible for me. I am a sole proprietor and sometimes it's tough to get the software I need quickly. A lot of the developers are overseas and it's nice to have someone I can call on locally. Brad, in particular has handled all my license purchases to date and he's is always responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. I only wish other companies were this easy to work with!

I just learned about Motion Media as I was looking to buy a Lacie 20Tb Hard Drive. I checked out their reviews before buying and read many glowing comments. I have to echo these great reviews with my wonderful experience in the purchase of the product and the customer service. Brad helped me make sure I was getting the product and it ended getting to me in one day as they were able to ship from an east coast location. I will be back to purchase more products in the future and I give Motion Media my highest recommendation!

I have been using Motion Media for my Autodesk licensing for a couple of years now. The prices and service can't be beat.

If you can't find a better price for your item then it might be hard to do, like my case. Although I will avoid any future purchases if possible due to the (lack of) communication. My first attempt to buy my item probably timed out since I made the order near the Thanksgiving weekend, and was not charged till the following week. They instantly blamed me and my card, giving only the choice of using a different card or canceling the order.

I decided to cancel and they said they would give me a code to get the reduced price of when I first ordered it when I was wiling to try again. I wrote back the next day asking for the code and never got a response. I waited till the end of the week before I made the purchase at the higher price, which was still lower than what I could find elsewhere. To this day there has been no follow up or attempts to reach me, other than auto-mail asking me to write a review on this site for them.... Well, there you go.

I've reached out to Suzy on numerous occasions and she's always responded within a few minutes. She's extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Her personable attention is a key reason why I'm happy to work with Motion Media.

My initial contact resulted in a somewhat negative interaction with the customer service rep. During my online purchase process I was offered a first-time buyer discount which did not mention any exclusions, however the transaction could not be completed for some unknown reason. I later contacted the customer service rep and was informed that the product that I chose to buy was excluded from the first-time buyer discount offer. I insisted that the discount offered had to be accepted as, legally speaking, no exclusions were made upfront. After a delay, I was informed that the first-time offer would be accepted, hence my 4 star rating. MotionMedia realized the error it had made, corrected it and gave me the discount. Smart move.

I gave 5/5 stars because of Juliet's excellent customer service, her help in making sure the product got to me, staying in good communications with me, and overall, this site wasn't a scam. I will be shopping here for further 3DMax and other products in the future. My confidents in Motionmedia.com has greatly rocketed to trustworthy heights. Thanks again, Motionmedia.

The short wait (less than 24 hrs) well worth the money saved. I cringed at the original price on Pixologic long enough, and just before I bit the bullet- I happened to navigate my way here. I successfully installed ZBrush on both my home devices in minutes with no hassles. My new go to for future purchases as well. Thanks Motion Media!

This was my first purchase from Motion Media and my experience with them was awesome. There was no hassle or voided purchase even after I missed a call from them. All I did was contact them the next day and my purchase was corrected. 2-Day shipping for free which is always amazing but I received my purchase the same day I called. Recommend them to anyone.

I found Motion Media on the list of Vray resellers on the Chaosgroup site. I had a few questions before buying, spoke with Brad @ Motion Media. He got back to me quickly, answered all of my questions & that was enough to give them my business. Got my hardware dongle 2 days after placing the order & got the licenses via an email the next day. So far, so good. I highly recommend Motion Media.

Was very happy with my transaction with Motion Media. I ordered late on a Friday night, assuming the orders would be processed on Monday and I'd hear back some time on Tuesday. On Tuesday morning I was getting a little anxious, so I emailed them and received a reply back right away, letting me know my order had been processed and they were just awaiting a response from the company. Within the hour from contacting them, I had my order and was using my software. Thank you!
