Had a chat session with these guys one evening late and they worked with me to get 4 new Eizos - they were very hard to get elsewhere, MM had them shipped direct from Eizo. All arrived well packaged, no problems. All 4 are up and running, very happy with the purchase and efforts from Motion Media.

By the way, some reviews say these do not come with cords. These had USB-C, USB and DisplyPort cords all in each box.

Great experience! There was a stock shortage of the monitor I ordered. MM was up front about it, contacting me right away, giving me options to wait or cancel my order. I chose to wait. In the end I received the monitor earlier than expected. Perfect!

The purchase of my 2 new monitors was one of my best decisions that I made last December. Incredible displays. Motion Media made everything so smooth. Totally happy!

Brad at Motion Media really came in clutch. I was editing my reel for 2021 and had a deadline to put out a final product by the New Year. After a day of playing phone tag, Brad called me at 6pm informing me that he could send over a DaVinci Resolve Studio access code via email that same night. My other option was to wait until January 8th for either Samy's or B&H to ship it. Motion Media understands their customer base and was able to email the code without any of the red tape shipping. I was able to edit my reel 1 day ahead of schedule and it came out great! Brad even followed up with me the next day to make sure the software was working. In this industry it's hard to find good people and Brad and the team at Motion Media made me feel important. Big thanks to everyone there!

At the door Tim J. was waiting with the item I ordered, and we stayed in a friendly conversation for a little while. I purchased from them before (3Dconnexion SpaceMouse Enterprise Kit about 2 years ago) when I also had a very good experience. Their warehouse/store is in a beautiful brand-new building conveniently positioned close to LAX. On my way home, I received a text message from Brad asking me if I were able to get my Keyboard okay and he apologized for not being able to be there at the time I came in. Tim emailed me invoice with a note how they appreciate my business.
